This was used as a textbook for a class in my Master's program for administration. The surveys really helped to get an idea of where I am at now and where I want to be as a leader in the future.

DNF’d this book. Read just enough to be able to
Complete my coursework, which is unlike me It’s not at all appropriate for the current era of burnout in teaching.

This is a fabulous book which focus' on leadership. Used it for a graduate class and wrote notes all over it as it makes you realize what you are doing naturally as a leader and where you can strengthen your leadership skills.
