He gave the world his music. She gave him back his heart. In a world full of noise, she was the silence he craved. When global icon Kim Niam steps into a Seoul museum for a quiet visit, he doesn’t expect chaos—or her. Nitya, a brilliant, composed person who is utterly uninterested in his fame. What begins as a professional encounter spirals into stolen glances, midnight conversations, and a connection Niam can’t shake. But Nitya carries secrets, and Niam carries a heart that’s never been safe to give. As past traumas surface and hidden fears stir, the bond between Nitya and Niam deepens—but with secrets looming and reputations on the line, can two people from such different worlds find a common heartbeat? Can love bloom between two people hiding behind perfectly built walls? Or will the past unravel everything before it even begins? Love Decoded is a soul-stirring story about trust, timing, emotional healing, and the kind of love that sneaks in quietly—but changes everything. Let’s dive into the vast ocean of love and find the true essence of it. Because the quietest love stories are often the ones that echo the loudest.
Imo, if Love Decoded were a movie, it would be one you watch on a rainy afternoon with a blanket and a cup of tea, just so so soft, warm, and quietly comforting!!
The story doesn’t rush into romance like fireworks in a night sky. Instead, it’s like watching two people slowly open up their hearts; sometimes clumsily, sometimes in tiny moments that really catch you off guard!!.. Nitya, grounded and thoughtful, is exactly the kind of person you’d want as your friend. (I really do have a friend exactly like her and I lowley imagined her as i was reading this book!!) She’s reflective, kind, and has this calm strength that makes her relatable. Kim, on the other hand, dazzlesssss!!! (literally) A famous musician but what makes him interesting isn’t the stardom. It’s the vulnerability beneath his spotlight smile. Their connection and how it grows, is what makes the book so lovely! And that’s what makes it feel so sincere. You fnd yourself rooting for them not because they’re perfect, but because you feel through them! The way Nitya and Niam learn to understand and support each other, even when they’re unsure, is what makes the story feel deep and heartfelt. In simple terms: Love Decoded doesn’t just tell you about love - it makes you feel it. It’s a story that lingers after you’ve finished the last page, like a song you find yourself humming later!!
4⭐️ This is such a sweet, simple book that feels like a k-drama (with some shocking spice).
Niam was THE book boyfriend and I loved how his entire main focus was on making Nitya feel comfortable and loved. The plot was cute while still being captivative and entertaining.
Niam and Nitya felt like a soul-mate couple and Niam proved again and again on why he feels more than just liking or attraction for Nitya.
It's not a loud book. It's soft. It's sweet. It's touching. It feels like therapy, as if someone was reassuring me and supporting me throughout my hard moments.
It's beautiful and healing and feels like a warm hug on a bad day. I highly recommend reading (and maybe binge-reading) it on a bad day♡
Destiny finds you when you are not looking for it. People, relationships, moments, hardships and life - all is a part of what you are destined to live.
'Love Decoded' is an Indo-korean love story that will leave your heart fluttering. A sweet dreamy romance between a global icon singer and am Indian art curator.
Kim Niam, a global music sensation visited the Seoul National Museum where he met a beautiful Indian curator, Nitya, a determined and strong woman. An unexpected connection and attraction passed through them bringing them closer with time. Navigating through intricacies of trust, friendship, love and relationships.
I loved the sweet moments and gradually progressing of Niam and Nitya's love story. The author has beautifully given us words and dialogues to hang on to while bringing in the softness of first sight love and attraction.
Along the journey, it became more than love story as Nitya and Niam showed us how mutual partnership, respect and understanding is important not only to build but maintain the relationship.
An emotional love story with healing and recovery with affection. A perfect read for romance readers and k-drama fans.
It’s a heartwarming love story of a k-pop idol and a museum curator which seems quite unusual at first but as the story unfolds it keeps the reader captivated. The accurate representation of an idol’s life was shown and along with it came the hardships they have to face because of the overbearing fans . As for Kim Niam he was charming, witty and playful, the way he loved Nitya and was there for her during her toughest battles really won my heart. The story in itself is simple yet fresh, the chemistry between the main characters was intense they complimented each other perfectly. Nitya’s character added the seriousness to the story which I actually enjoyed, she was dealing with a dark past of her own yet she was always the mature one and understood Niam like no one else did. The book kind of gave a lesson on how dating a celebrity can be tough but who really cares when he’s the rap machine with ridiculously cute dimples right.I really loved the book and I’ll highly recommend to the BTS fans.
If you love watching K-drama or listening to K-pop music, especially BTS, then this one's for you. It's a very cozy and cute rom-com about Nitya and Niam. Nitya works at a museum in Seoul, and Niam is a global star, a K-pop star. They meet through their professional lives, and their late-night conversations turn into something cute and romantic. Their story will make you fall in love with yourself and believe in real love. You won't be able to stop giggling, blushing, and smiling until you finish it. They're not perfect, but that's what makes them lovable. Despite having different lives, they fall in love and try to solve their struggles together. It's relatable, real, and ordinary.
The book will hook you until the end, and you won't feel bored, trust me. Everyone should have a guy like Niam. The ones who ask why we like Korean guys, and men written by women, should definitely read this book. I relate to Nitya, even with her mental state. A guy like him can change everything. He's gentle, calm, protective, and loving towards her, a man every girl dreams of. Despite being a famous global icon, he cared only for Nitya, forgetting about his fame and identity. (I've already considered him my fictional husband, Nitya can have him in reality.)
I loved how the author added a pinch of Indian spice to the Korean story. It's not just about romance, it's about connection, understanding, and supporting each other in difficult times and moving forward together. You'll obsess over their story, it's that wonderful. It felt like watching a K-drama, with action, suspense, and romance. It was a rollercoaster ride with slow burn, touch-her-and-die, opposite-attracts, burn-down-the-world-for-her, and workspace romance. The epilogue was my favorite, there's so much to learn from it.
If you've gone through a dark phase and moved on to become a strong person, you'll love this book. It's a must read recommendation for all.
Book - Love Decoded Author - Shhuchita Vagghela Rating - ⭐⭐⭐⭐✨
🌷✨🎀 My Thoughts 🌻💕🦋
Stop! Stop! Tell me first are you fan of K- Dramas?! If yes then this book is meant for you. And wait do you love desi touch too? Then definitely this book is for you. I watch K-dramas and also indian ones too. But never thought I would get to read korean and Indian mixing vibes book. BTS vibe, K-drama and with desi touch - can you imagine? How it would feel to read a book with all these? Thanks to the author @wordsmith__wonder for writing this beautiful book. Am currently in love with this book. The story of kim Niam & Nitya is meant to make you feel magical, emotinal and in awe.🦋😍
Kim Niam is ideal man,the perfect gentleman, caring boyfriend to husband and also can give you thousands of butterflies 🦋👀🙈🎀. He is the perfect man of reader girlies like us. His dialogues are enough to make you feel butterflies 🦋 ( you can check annotation previous post to see that 👀) . The writing is really good. Enjoyed reading throughout the book. I love the character of Niya. She is beautiful, bold, independent. The way she has fought her past is really amazing. The support of her friends is also beautiful. I love how Niam has calmly and protectively cared for her and stands by her side always.
The dramatic twist also has given this book a action climax like K-dramas we watch usually. The moments of their soft romantic love are really beautiful. I have felt the softness, promise and love of them. Author has beautifully crafted these precious moments. The moon quote is my favourite. We really don't need to be flawless for world. It's okay to have dark sides. That what make us human being. I can definitely say that you will fall in love with this book, writing and quotes 🎀💞 . . . Thank you so much
🕯️ Enchantment Begun Guess who completed this book a week back but is posting now? ME!! (biggest procrastinator) When I pretty much started the book I could sense the trace of a spell! 😸Two souls, locked into differing orbits, drawn together. Nitya, the composed one, and Niam, the global icon with a guarded heart.
You know the story’s going to be amazing when they meet in a museum. The secrets and past-traumas always kept you on your toes. “In a world full of noise, she was the silence he craved.” I loved this!
🔮 Strengths of the Brew (bear with my pointers🦋) ->The contrast between the two leads works well. One in the limelight, one in retreat. All the kpop girlies need to read this!! ->Emotional healing is given real space. it dealt with the concept of trust, timing, and the unravelling of walls as matters of serious magical ritual, not just plot devices (well done author 😽😽). ->The concept: love being “decoded” (as the title suggests) creates a sense of mystery and revelation. It invites us to look beneath the surface, exactly what I, in my cauldron, like to see.
I absolutely loved Nitya and Niam so much! And ofc the scene w/ the song unholy.
✨ Final Incantation Would I recommend this to you, my dear readers? Yes! If you are someone who loves quieter stories + characters whose greatest battles are internal, then this novel will give you the sweet kind of enchantment you need.
Love Decoded honestly felt like a warm hug I didn’t know I needed. It’s one of those books that doesn’t rush, doesn’t shout, doesn’t try too hard—it just sits with you gently, the way good things sometimes do.
The story follows Nitya, an Indian art curator who’s been hurt enough to build walls around herself, and Kim Niam, a Korean idol who has the world at his feet but still feels strangely alone. When their paths cross in a museum, it’s not fireworks or chaos—it’s quiet, slow, soft. And somehow that makes it even more beautiful.
What really stayed with me was Niam himself. He’s not the loud, dramatic type of romance hero. He’s the calm, steady, green-flag kind—the kind who listens, who understands, who doesn’t push. The way he treats Nitya’s past with so much care made my heart physically melt. Fictional men really do set the bar too high.
And Nitya!!! She’s strong in the kind of way that isn’t loud or showy. She’s brilliant, passionate, gorgeous, but she’s also human—hurt, guarded, trying. Watching her slowly let herself be loved again felt surprisingly emotional.
The writing is super easy to follow—smooth, simple, and honestly addictive. I finished the book way faster than I expected because it just felt good to read. The POVs are clear, the pacing is gentle, and the whole thing carries this beautiful K-drama vibe with a subtle desi touch that made it even more special.
It’s not a dramatic book, it’s not trying to shock you every chapter. It’s soft. Healing. A little bit magical if you’re in the right mood. It reminded me of that quiet kind of affection—the type that tiptoes in, not the type that storms in.
Love Decoded felt like one of those books that quietly slides under your skin without warning. As a reader, I didn’t expect to connect so strongly with Nitya, but her stillness her way of absorbing the world instead of reacting to it made every moment with her feel intimate.
When she first collides with Kim Niam’s world, the contrast isn’t loud or dramatic; it’s soft, like two different temperatures meeting. I loved how the story didn’t rush their chemistry. The author lets it simmer in stolen eye contact, half-finished conversations, and the kind of emotional hesitations that feel painfully human. Instead of giving me a glamorized “idol romance,” it gave me the messy, vulnerable version where fame is a backdrop, not a personality trait.
What surprised me most was how the book treats silence and secrets. So many romances explode with declarations, but this one builds tension in the quiet the trauma Nitya carries like an invisible weight, and the guarded tenderness Niam offers without knowing how to name it.
Their relationship felt like decoding two different languages at once: hers shaped by survival, his shaped by expectation. By the end, I wasn’t rooting for a fairytale ending; I was rooting for two people to learn to trust their own broken edges enough to fit together. It’s a rare kind of slow-burn that lingers long after you close the book, not because of plot twists, but because of how truthfully it portrays the way healing love actually feels.
I have completed Love decoded today, and I feel much better even though not well, this story was really a heart-warming onee! And remember before you take it up it is a fictional world🤧
This book is so so so Well written and story is- surprisingly touching. I never imagined that the fmc (NITYA) has such a tragic history and it was a heart-wrenching experience to see her open-up gradually to niam ——male lead, who is a singer (the book is actually inspired by BTS) helps in the gentleness and sincerity he puts in her (🤌🏻green forest)that one cannot help but fall in love with their journey…Their romance is tender, warm, and so wholesome.(I mean it guys The story is filled with Warmth)🤎
Their worlds crashing together was my favorite part, especially since she is an employee in an art gallery and he just enters her life in a way that is almost unforeseen. It has a twist to the plot, and I can assure you that it makes the story even more gripping..for me it was not what i expected when i picked this book.
I had to highlighted so many lines, added so many notes as sometimes some moments were too beautiful🛐( my Fav His confession @Page 115🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻)
It is worth reading in case you are in the mood to read an Indian-Korean fusion romance having heart-touching moments, love and characters that are real in their suffering and recovery. I am glad I picked it up, it is cute and Emotional at the same time for me!
Love Decoded follows Nitya, an Indian FMC, and Niam, a Korean MMC and honestly, this was my fourth Indian × Korean couple story, and I absolutely loved how cozy, heart-warming, adorable, and beautiful it felt. (Insert all the cute doodles here!)
One thing that truly stood out to me was how strongly, deeply, and beautifully Niam carried the weight of Nitya’s past. The way he held her pain with so much care… I wish real life worked like that too (but fictional men >>>>)
The author’s writing is smooth, simple, and very easy to follow. I actually finished this in just two sittings!!! (My reading speed fluctuates a lot, lol.)
That said, it is a light, easy-going story, and yes, a bit predictable at times but honestly, that’s part of its charm. It gives classic Korean-drama vibes, and fans of the genre will definitely adore it.
I’d recommend this book to: • Beginners • Anyone looking for a light-hearted read • Korean drama lovers • Readers who enjoy cross-country romances
This was such a cute and sweet romance to read. It was fun and refreshing as well. I was giggling, smiling, feeling so good while reading the book that I'm definitely gonna read it again for a cozy vibe.
Niam is a sweetheart, he is so patient with Nitya and always supporting her and her passion. He is always there for her but not in suffocating way instead in a calm, warmth, healing type of way.
Nitya is such a sweet, gorgeous and passionate girl. Her past is upsetting but I'm glad she found someone on whom she can lean on without worry. She deserves the world.
The writing was beautiful, simple, and well-presented. There were different POVs but it was not confusing instead simple and clear to read. The story was flowing smoothly. The characters are well portrayed, the storyline is beautiful. It was well-paced and I loved it.
I'll highly recommend it to all romance lovers and especially those who enjoy kdramas, korean romance and different cultures 💗.
Love Decoded is a soft, healing romance that feels like a warm hug with a K-drama heartbeat.
Kim Niam may be a global icon adored by millions, but at the core of this story is something much quieter, a man who has never felt safe enough to give his heart fully. When he meets Nitya, a composed and fiercely independent museum curator who is untouched by his fame, their connection unfolds slowly and gently.
What I appreciated most was the emotional maturity in their relationship. Niam isn’t written as a dramatic, over-the-top hero....he’s calm, protective, and deeply respectful. And Nitya’s guarded strength, shaped by her past, makes her journey toward vulnerability feel authentic and earned.
This isn’t a loud, scandal-driven celebrity romance. It’s about trust, timing, and healing. A tender read for anyone who loves soft love stories with emotional depth and K-drama vibes. 💜
What happens when the world's biggest star meets the one person who isn't impressed? This book isn't just a celebrity romance. It's soft. It's aching. It's about two emotionally guarded souls trying to unlearn survival mode. Kim Niam adored by millions is lonely in ways no spotlight can fix. And Nitya? She's calm, distant, and carrying more than she lets the world see. What I loved most: # The slow-burn tension fr The emotional vulnerability * The way silence speaks louder than confessions It's not dramatic chaos. It's quiet healing. Stolen moments. Conversations that feel like therapy. The kind of love that doesn't crash into your life it seeps in. If you enjoy emotionally layered romance, hidden pasts, and "he falls first but softly" energy... this one will hold your heart gently.
Beautiful. Soft. A little messy. Extremely real. “Love Decoded” gave me the kind of emotional comfort I didn’t even know I needed. It’s slow and gentle no dramatic twists, just two people learning to choose love after being broken by it. Kim Niam’s character? Pure heart. Nitya’s fear and hesitation? Felt that in my bones. The writing is simple but hits deep. Some lines felt like someone quietly telling me: “you’re allowed to shine even if you’re not whole.” The moon symbolism, the lily metaphor stunning. This book doesn’t shout. It whispers… and still hits like a punch. If you’re into soft love, gentle healing, or stories that feel like a warm night breeze add this to your list.
To be completely honest I started this book because of the cover and my bias is Namjoon so win-win I guess. "Love Decoded" by Shhuchita Vagghela revolves around Nitya, who is a smart art curator whose life gets mixed with the Kim Niam at a museum where she works at, and there starts their journey. I loved how the romance didnt fell forced but natural. Maybe due to bias, I dont know but I found Niam's character to be very close to my heart, especially how supportive he is, especially the kitchen scene. The convos between the two feel natural, it was formal in the begining and then gradually nicknames are introduced and you can see them grow closer with time in the way they interact. I like how, the author could have just stopped with a idol x common girl trope, but instead added a layer of mystery. And that reminds me the cameos! While the villian in real life is one of my favs (I'm not naming anyone, go read the book) it does suit him weirdly. Nitya's past traumas were described well.
I would recommend this book to • You are looking for a fun read (but keep a box of tissues) • A KPOP fan ( not necessarily an ARMY) • Love a smart FMC • Love a supportive MMC
Such a cute story!!! Perfect for someone who loves kpop and bollywood. The story follows Niam, a global kpop icons and Nitya a museum curator. Two worlds apart but still made for each other🥹 If you're into fast paced rom com with a lot of emotional rollercoasters, this one is it. Tho I felt the story was a bit too much face paced for me and it'd have been better if there was a bit more light on the side characters cuz mostly felt like they were just there as fillings. Apart from that I really loved the story.
Being a Kdrama and Kpop Freak I loved every inch of this book. This book wasn't just a simple writing but a very strong visualization as well.
Inspired by the Global KPOP sensation BTS, the book was written wonderfully.
It felt like watching a short yet toe curling kdrama unfolding in front of me. Love decoded is the book you need when you are tired of all those thrillers and Romance or going into a slump.
Because packed with adventures and unthinkable plot, the book was really gripping and a fast paced read. Easy to understand, admire and fall in love with the characters.
Kim Niam is the global kpop sensation is the leader of BBS. Obsessed with museums, art, Nature and everything soft and aesthetic he found himself in the Seoul national museum as a part of his daily life rendezvous.
But what he never expected was to find a cunning, sharp, brainy and beautiful Nitya. Nitya was there as a staff just minding her own business not realising she caught the eye of one of the most important people in Korea.
Now the question was Will Niam be able to grab her attention? Or is there some even more hidden secrets to the innocent looking Nitya.
Dive into the life of Niam and Nitya and read more about the hot sizzling spicy chemistry between both of them.
Trust me you are gonna love the book once you read it.
I received Love Decoded by Schuchita Vaghela in a PR box and it turned out to be such a sweet, emotional read. I really liked the dynamic between Niam and Nitya, especially how his larger than life presence softens around her while she stays grounded and unimpressed by the fame. Their connection builds quietly through trust and vulnerability, which made the romance feel genuine and heartfelt. Overall, a soft and comforting story about two guarded hearts slowly figuring each other out💌📚
I absolutely adore this book, i loved the story so much... It was so comforting and it filled a little void present in my heart....... It was fast-paced and an easy read but too much satisfying, both the characters had their own difficulties but they were there for eachother.
'Love Decoded' is an Indo-korean love story!!!! This story was sooo sooo sweet love story between a global icon singer and an Indian art curator!!! It’s slow and gentle, pure no dramatic, love story just two people learning to choose love💖 and trust me I loved every single chapter of this book😭
Niam is a sweetheart, he is so patient with Nitya and always supporting her🫶 The way he handles Nitya’s past and stands by her was honestly Heartmelting. My heart was like I'm melting 🤌🥹His dialogues are enough to make you feel butterflies!!!! Yesss 😭😭🙈🙈
Nitya is such a sweet, gorgeous and passionate girl!!how strong and inspiring she is 🥹 Her past is upsetting but I'm glad she found someone who love her the way she deserves 🫂Watching her slowly let herself be loved again Heartmelting🥹
Their chemistry wasn’t rushed, and I loved how their relationship developed through small moments, silence, and understanding!!! The way they understand each other was EVERYTHING🤌 The writing was beautiful, simple... And connected to my heart easily 🫶
An Indo-Korean love story, where Nitya (Indian FMC) an Art museum curator meets Kim Niam ( Korean MMC) , Kpop Idol 💜
Niam is such a standard, the way he loved Nitya , the way he was there for her was beyond words. And Nitya? How strong and inspiring she is. Even after being through such a dark past she's here, standing stronger and making a name for herself. She might have created a wall around her heart in doing so, but the way Niam carefully broke those walls down and enter her heart was such a heartwarming moment to read.
Their love for each other, how they completed each other was so beautiful to witness. The way they made way into each other's hearts despite Nitya struggling with her past and Niam being a global Icon.
If you love Kdramas, Indo-korean love story, BTS (cause it's Joonie inspired) then you'll love this book.
This book felt really comforting to read 🤍. It’s one of those soft romances that slowly grows on you without being loud or dramatic. I didn’t expect to connect so much with Nitya, but her calm nature and quiet strength made her feel very real.
Niam is such a green flag 🫶. He’s patient, gentle, and supportive without ever being overwhelming. The way he handles Nitya’s past and stands by her passions was honestly heart-melting. Their chemistry wasn’t rushed, and I loved how their relationship developed through small moments, shared silence, and understanding rather than grand gestures.
The Indian x Korean pairing was done beautifully, with K-drama vibes that made the story feel cozy and warm. The writing is smooth and the pacing is easy to follow. It’s light, sweet, and emotional in the softest way.
If you’re in the mood for a comforting, slow-burn romance with a green-flag MMC, Love Decoded is definitely worth reading
