There were elements I liked about this book. The authors life story for example is very interesting and there are useful models and exercises to enhance your wellbeing and self reflection. However for me the emphasis on religion was too much. I do believe we have and need a spiritual side for our sense of wellbeing but for me it means something different. I am sure many people will find this book useful. Thanks to NetGalley and Forbes books for the ARC.
I like the book, well-written and thought-provoking. There were a couple of passages that really made me pause and think about some of my past traumas.
