I liked how easy this book was to read. The whole thing is in story form with three people having a conversation. It’s a quick read with great lessons on how to be a leader and not let self-deception get in the way. Loved the lessons in this and will forever be thinking about this book and how I can apply it.

Interesting little dialogue on how to overcome self-deception, a warping of reality that occurs in the mind due to one's own preconceived view of themselves which leads to conflict and strife, and make better decisions especially in positions of leadership.
