UNFURLINGSlowly, quietly, something has begun. The whispers in the darkest shadows grow louder. The Church Coalition, with the aid of the Seven Shields (the great houses of alchemy), begin investigating the rumors of a red dragon. It's then that the children of House St. George, the Monster Hunters, happen upon a small, frightened creature. Is this mere coincidence? Or fate?

This volume starts a new arc in the series which will deal with Chise's relationship with dragons as well as dragons in British folklore and the people that hunt them. I'm really pumped for it as it leverages much of what I thought was strongest about the first few volumes of the series, and should allow Chise to engage with others from a position of one of her strengths about which she has deep feelings for.

As usual this series is amazing. I can’t no love Chise Elias and everyone. This is definitely setting the stage for the dragon arc which is amazing and I’m interested in what going to happen since we havnt seen dragons since season one arc one. Ruth is the best character 😍😍😍

Nice to see more of Elias' past. Nice to see him evolving as well.
