Ashton has always dreamt about her future… and hewas it. Fantasies and daydreams were crafted in her head and she never imagined they could come true. Ezra has always taken life one chapter at a time and survived each day as it came. In a life full of untold turns, one thing stayed consistent for him—Ashton. When they are thrown together, every conversation, every touch, and every shared secret pulls them closer. But life isn’t simple, and love doesn’t come without risks. Between family pressures, hidden truths, and the fear of getting hurt, they each have to ask is the risk worth it?
With hearts on the line and emotions running high, love feels like a high-stakes game, and one wrong pass could change everything. Ashton and Ezra are forced to discover that some things aren’t meant to be ignored.
Never in a million years did they think they could be together… Well, Never Till Now.
I saw this book on TikTok and it gave such a sweet and cozy vibe🤗. I honestly can't wait to read it!!! Congrats on publishing your first book!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Never Till Now by Hailyn Martin is such a great read. From the first chapter, it grabs you with natural, honest writing and characters who feel incredibly real. One thing that really stands out is how the book handles the heart condition—it’s emotional, believable, and adds so much depth to the story without ever feeling overdone.
The pacing is spot-on, the twists actually hit, and the ending leaves you really satisfied. It’s one of those books that sticks with you afterward. It’s also surprisingly funny and had me laughing at loud at moments!
If you want something heartfelt, engaging, and beautifully written, definitely pick this one up. You won’t regret it.
I didn't hate it but I didn't love it either. it isn't that bad, I just felt like it wasn't what I expected at all. I knew of the circumstances but I just don't like the secret dating. it's not my fav type of situation or what I'd like in a book. I get it was temporary so it wasn't that bad. I felt like Ezra was kind of a performative character? He was written in a way that he was supposed to be the 'perfect book boyfriend' instead of him being an actual swoon worthy guy. It seems complicated and too much for me. I get that it was initially the point of the whole book and plot but it just didn't stand out to me. I did like some parts, it just wasn't for me. It felt moslty all planned out instead of me being at the edge of my seat. I guess I didn't really connect to the characters, which could be a me thing. At the rain confession scene, I thought I'd be stunned, shocked, crying and sobbing. But it was all expected. Like yes, you kind of get the hint that the characters ARE going to end up together. but it's like I got the whole plot figured out without even finishing the book. Some moments, I did kick my feet and giggled. But it wasn't in most moments. their first kiss was in a hot tub, it felt lustful in my opnion. Which was a bit disappointing for me. I usually like the slow brun and more tension. I js felt like I didn't really feel or get that. It's not a bad book, I js didn't really like it. I was expecting a lot more and the book didn't exaclty meet all of my expectations. This is not to diss the author, because it is her first novel. I just want to be as honest as possible when reviewing books! I hope she just takes this as constructive criticism and not any hate! 💕

I have a tween daughter and it’s the perfect book, exactly what I’ve been looking for. It’s clean, but still exciting. It’s not just for tweens as I’m an adult and read it in 2 days, I really enjoyed it!
I never would have guessed this was wrote by a 16 year old. Amazing job!! I hope everyone gives it a shot and shows some love for this new author who wrote and edited the book herself. I love to support new authors, and I can’t wait to see what she writes next.
