This book sums up the very basic key points in the world of selling. And this is what you get - basic key points. So it's probably a great introductory book for the beginners in the world of economy and sales, but if you're already 25+ and lived in this world for a while with your eyes open, I'd say there's not much you can get from this book. There are much better books about selling, time management, team motivation, leadership etc. All these topics are covered in this book, but just vaguely and won't get you much further in case you'd need to advance in them deeper. The author has done a great job in gathering together they main aspects of the sales area, so it's perfect for a general overview on this topic.
i know almost nothing about marketing and sales and this book was a very brief explanation yet easy to understand the big ideas. eventhough some of the information were not applicable anymore nowadays since it was an old book talking more about direct selling before e-commerce and stuff, some other lessons are still relevant.
i understand for some people it was a really basic stuff but for a rookie like me this book was fine.
