I stopped reading in the first chapter when the author spoke irresponsibly and inaccurately about OCD. Anxiety disorders are not the result of people liking things to be perfect. Huge yikes.

3.5 stars. Wouldn't usually pick up a book like this, but it had rave reviews on Amazon, and I have to admit, it was actually quite a bit better than I was expecting (having read a few too many of these). A lot of familiar territory here, but liked his tricks for saying no to people, an interesting proposed morning routine structure, and great stuff on perfection killing productivity and output.
