I really enjoyed the writing and the spice, and it was an easy read. I think that the way they described the Daddy/Little relationship was good, but...

I like kink and I like consent and I think safe words are important. There was no mention of safe words, That lost points for me, and the fact anal was used as a punishment.

You have to have an open mind if you read this book. If you do not like more complex kink, then you will not like this.

Call Me Daddy delivers an emotional and strict DD/LG dynamic, and I appreciate how Dinah McLeod explores vulnerability, care, and control between the characters. There are touching moments of protection and dependency that will resonate with readers who enjoy strong Daddy Dom dynamics and intense discipline scenes.
However, the story crossed some boundaries for me personally. In BDSM-centered romances, I look for clearly defined consent and safewords to reflect accuracy to the community, and I struggled with how those elements were handled here.
While the writing is emotionally charged and compelling in parts, the lack of clear negotiation made it hard for me to fully connect. Readers who enjoy more extreme, non-traditional discipline dynamics may still find this book satisfying, but it wasn’t quite the right fit for me.

I loved this book, devoured it in two day as loved the Chemistry between tanner and Addison, when Addison hears her mother is in the hospital she nearly gets a ticket for driving recklessly. Tanner offers her an escort to the hospital, Addison has a good heart but is a brat sometimes which tanner punishes her for by spanking her, and then sparks fly, if you don’t like spice and a dominant man then this book isn’t for you, but if it is I highly recommend it

This was a fast paced and smutty read for me,
MMC Next door neighbour (tanner) and virgin FMC (addy) with an age gap.
Although this was a great read, having no safe work was a big no from me, besides that this book was really well written and enjoyable.

This book was a naughty little surprise tanner a cop and a friend of Addison father and whom she had a crush on in her teenage years. Tanner well his a cop who’s handsome to Addison but he has a hidden agenda when it comes to addy . And addy well she’s clearly obsessed from the moment tanner put her in her place . I was not sure what to expect with this book but I’m honestly surprised how much I liked this book and the characters and the sorry line was easy to get in to I was hooked wanting to read more

If Dom/Sub kink reads bother you then don't proceed with this book. I almost didn't read due to the age gap/dad's best friend, but decided to give it a chance knowing I may need to put it down. The dad's best friend's isn't completely accurate, so that worked in my favor.

It was an easy, well-written read. The attraction and relationship between Addy and Tanner drew me in. I just had a couple of things that took away points: anal being used as a punishment, no safe words, Tanner did not stop when told to even if only to explain, and in some scenes, not at all, Addy is very immature and/or overly naive for a 20 y.o. Otherwise the spice is spicy and Tanner is exactly who and what she needed.

This was definitely a mixed read for me. I enjoyed the start; the writing was solid and the chemistry between Addy and Tanner pulled me in right away. However, there were moments that made me uncomfortable. There were no safe words, and using anal as a punishment didn’t sit well with me. I was especially uneasy when Addy said stop and Tanner didn’t.

That said, the story was written well, and Tanner’s character clearly cared deeply for Addy. Just be sure to read the content warnings carefully, if complex daddy kink dynamics aren’t your thing, this might not be the book for you. You’ll need to go in with an open mind. The spice scenes, though, are definitely hot and very well written.

I love the writing style in this book, really easy to understand and read, the spice was good too, but I just found the romance a little rushed, the dominance of the mmc a little too harsh and cruel. Like no consent and that for me is important. Still giving it 4 stars because it was really well written.

What a delightful and delicious story! Who doesn’t love an age gap story with a handsome and dominant man! Addison has lusted after Mr. K. for quite some time and when circumstances put him in her path, watch the sparks fly! She is sassy and somewhat bratty and he certainly knows how to keep her in line! I loved the witty banter and how Addison keeps him on his toes! I laughed and cried and loved everything about this story!

I rather enjoyed this book. Was a nice, spicy, easy read. I have since learned that the daddy-dom kink is not for me, but it was definitely interesting to read and learn about it from the authors pov.

The writing was fab and if you love a daddy-Dom relationship then this one is definitely worth a read!

Call Me Daddy is a quick, easy, spicy read. It has, kink rep, spice and a Daddy Dom/Little girl relationship dynamic. Now the representation was good and it was well written, as well as good spice, so you can tell that some research was done. However, there were certain areas in the book where the relationship/dynamic gave me the ick, as well as some things just not sitting right with me and therefore it did loose points.

I am a big advocate of kink consent, which includes safe words, of which there were none in this book, in addition to this I didn't agree with with certain things as a punishment, especially when the MFC was a virgin before this relationship so going straight for that as a punishment just didn't sit right.

I did enjoy the read, but I do think you do need more of an open mind to read this one. If kink and age play are limits then I would suggest giving it a miss. BUT if you are willing to give anything a go then do it! Dinah wrote it well and definitely put love and care into the different aspects.

When she hears that her mother is in the hospital she acts before she thinks and nearly gets herself a ticket for reckless driving. He realizes who she is before she realizes that he is their old neighbor, a man she grew up having a crush on. He knows it is her, and he knows he shouldn't be looking at her like that, he is too old for her, and he knew her since she was a kid. She is not a kid anymore, she is definitely all woman...except for the bratty attitude that keeps coming out but that calls to a different part of him. He is all OTT alpha daddy and he is ready to take control. She didn't know what she was craving until he offered it to her and then she couldn't get enough. If you love the power exchange of the DDlg but not the infantilism then this is probably a great choice for you. I am a big fan of the power exchange/dom behavior, and he has it in spades. He will make your tummy drop and knees knock, and I swear you can hear him growl right in your ear.

A captivating read, great characters and a plot that held me riveted within its pages
This was a simply wonderful read and I will be careful on how much I divulge as I do not want to spoil the plot for other readers. Imagine her surprise when she had suddenly been taken over the knee of her father’s best friend, he had not been messing around when he had tugged down her jeans and her pants, then proceeded to in giving her a very thorough spanking.
She had then found herself in a situation when she actually had embarrassed herself by actually having come over his lap, she then he had actually ensured that she knew her position as he had taken her for the first time, she was no longer untouched.
I thoroughly enjoyed the book and look forward to reading any future publications; keep up all the wonderful writing.

For readers who enjoy a strong spicy element, this book certainly satisfies. However, the pacing felt quite rushed, which made it difficult to fully settle into the development of the relationship outside of the high-heat scenes.
The book leans into dominant/submissive (D/s) dynamic, which might not be for everyone. Specifically, the scenes involving anal sex used as a form of punishment crossed a personal boundary and felt more extreme than preferred.
I truly hope for a future for Addy and Tanner and would be eager to see their relationship explored further in a way that balances their chemistry with deeper emotional pacing. However I was giddy when I learned the author has more books and cant wait to dive into them.

I literally only read this because I wanted to read a true smutty book and compare to my usual reads. this is definitely different. seeing as I don’t normally care for the spicy scenes in a book, and this book was littered with them, it wasn’t my favorite. I’m usually reading a book for the layers, and depth. This book is leaning towards spice and entertainment, which is totally fine but not always my cup of tea. it did provide me with a different perspective though. I just thought it was a quick, easy and short read. It jumped a lot which was convenient but then other times I felt like I was missing stuff. and when I read “the end” I literally thought ???ok lol!

I've read books previously with "Daddy" or "little" themes and I generally enjoy them, but I feel like this book went to an extreme area of that in such a way that I found it to not be believable and a bit overexaggerated. I think what unfortunately compounded it for me was that I found the plot to be lacking which made it difficult to become invested in any way. I think the author has strong writing capabilities and would be interested to read other works by her, but unfortunately this fell flat for me.

Well, well, well! I was unsure about this one but glad I gave it a chance! It has Daddy kink which was explained and gave me a real understanding of how it works! There are some intensely spicy parts and some OMG as well.

Only downside is there was no safe words and anal as punishment was a bit of a no no for me. I feel safe words are incredibly important.

Otherwise this book is fab! It really opened my eyes to this particular kink!

Gave me the ick

I downloaded this as part of stuff your Kindle and went in completely blind by not reading the intro or anything. This book absolutely gave me the ick. The girl is 20 in college watching nicolodeon?! She doesn't know right from wrong? Lying? The book is 250+ pages of gross. The neighbor/cop is old enough to be her dad, gets off on giving her spankings and punishment.


Turned me away from this "author" immediately!

had me at the title kept me through the whole book. i mean whats not to like about a dominant man age gap story??? im a sucker for anything age gap and this one didnt disappoint. it was spice but also like an actual story which was shocking to me after the blurb made me think it would be all smut and no plot. im glad i was wrong. this was a sweet, spicy, caring story and im here for it
