Rate this book
Of all the first-year subjects, Civil Procedure is the most foreign to students’ experience. This book will demystify Civil Procedure. It will explain the doctrine and make it easy to remember. Seriously doubting my sanity taking Civ Pro II.
Thankfully, this book is a lifesaver. Or really, a GPA-saver.

Good summary

This is a good summary. Not as good as the Torts version. But easy to read and follow. I recommend.

Thought this would be better since it was written by King Freer but only the appellate review section was really helpful

The only reason I even vaguely understood civ pro. Great to read before casebook readings and lecture to get a basic understanding of what’s going on.
