Teresa Ornedo, a native of Ireland, has recently entered the world of historical fiction. With a degree in history, she channeled her deep fascination with the past, especially the World War II era. This fascination led her to travel across Europe to explore its wartime legacy. It was during a visit to Poland in 2016 that she was inspired to begin writing her debut novel, Hearts Worlds Apart: Love in the Time of War. Now living in Los Angeles with her husband, Teresa spends her time either immersed in historical stories or enjoying the outdoors of Southern California.

But when he falls for Maud Ahern, a spirited Irish woman, his loyalty to the Third Reich is tested. This novel takes you from the tranquil Irish countryside to the harsh realities of Nazi Germany. Catches the way of life of rural Ireland and the shadow of the church.
