The cover looks decent enough, but upon reading the sample I was hit with various classic examples of AI slop.

A cookbook might seem like an "easy" project to shit through the AI slop machine but as someone who enjoys cooking at home, this is just embarrassing.

For REAL Mexican cookbooks, try The Art of Mexican Cooking by Diane Kennedy, even actual Mexicans swear by this book.
