This is a very well written book. The Author, Chad, knows first hand what he is talking about. I recommend reading this book slowly, so that you can let the advice he gives in each chapter soak in. You will likely find that you have or know someone whom has felt exactly as the author describes. The Author also give you key advice as to how to avoid some of the "traps" that you can step into. This is a book about the wildfires of life. Those things that hit you and hit you hard! Various things can come about in our lives that totally knock down and destroy life as we had known it to that point. This book helps you to rebuild your life. Your life after such and event or events will not ever really be the same as you had know. And perhaps it really should not be. Perhaps it was actually time that you changed up some things about yourself. Perhaps it is time that you discovered a love far deeper than any earthly love. Perhaps it is time to let go and let God. Perhaps it is well past time to "Take a little walk with Jesus." Life changers can be devastating. This book will help you get through it. It is not painless by any means but it helps you realize you are not alone in your grief, hurt and frustrations.

This reads just like when he is speaking. Think I need to read chapter 12 every day for awhile.

If you've experienced any kind of loss in life, this is a book for you. Best read 1 chapter a day to ponder what you read. Easy to read. Simple language but deep meaning.
