The information is decent but it is *very* basic, and is roughly a 10 minute read. Over half the downloadable content is actually a random book on Procrastination. I guess they are trying to get that author's name out? However I find it annoying as I thought the entire content would be about essential oils. If I want a book about procrastination, I'll buy one. Also the book was sort of repetitive. Two stars may be generous - I just dislike giving bad reviews.
If you know absolutely nothing, I mean NOTHING about essential oils, this book might be for you. If you know the basic definition of essential oil, you should pass on this book. Very basic information and while it alludes to safety in using the oils, it in my opinion does not adequately cover that subject. The very few oils this book covers are not discussed in depth or detail.
There are many free books from Kindle with way more helpful information than this book. Don't waste your money!!! The first 35% of this book is about essential oils, nothing that you can't learn from someone in a health food store. The rest of the book is promoting the author's "new" book on procrastination. PLEASE don't waste even 99¢ on this book.
