After entering a “no strings attached” arrangement with Kazuaki, Yuko is unexpectedly asked out by a younger coworker who’s both kind to and serious about her. Tempted as she is by the promise of a stable relationship, she can’t get Kazuaki out of her head—and his repeated visits at her apartment don’t help, either. One day, however, Yuko witnesses something that forces her to confront the reality of her situation—as well as her apprehensions about the kind of guy she had Kazuaki pegged for all along.
