It's been years since I've read poetry and even longer since I've read a story that was written fully in verse. This is a very quick read, and while it may be best to read it out loud, I quietly read it during a break from work, and I really enjoyed it.

This is a fantasy story, but it's also a love story, and it's the love between these two characters that stuck with me. There are some pretty illustrations too so this book is also visually pleasing.

Whether you're a fan of poetry and fantasy, or you're just looking for something a little different that you can easily read in one sitting, I recommend adding this book to your TBR.

“ From day one, I knew, that together we were destined to be.” My favorite quote of a love poem. I do really enjoy the short story. It was fast paced which’s perfect for one siting. This is exactly I need it today especially busy day. But I wish it should more chapter pages which’s why I gave three star. It is still enjoyment.

Enjoyable

This is a creative fantasy genre poem which I really enjoyed reading out loud to fully appreciate the rhyming verses. The main character had to go through struggles and learn that he is worthy to be loved as he is and then he could open his heart to love in return.
