Harold grinds money as a CG Artist at a major Japanese game studio and really enjoys video-gaming. In fact, he enjoys video-gaming so much that he decided to write a book about it. Writing has since taken up so much of his time that he rarely has any to spend on video games. The irony is so apparent that he presses his shirts with it every morning.

Besides trying to beat Dark Souls 2 without dying, his other hobbies include wistfully shampooing his neck hair and pun appreciation.

To this day, he considers Kingdom Hearts to be his perfect game and argues that Bastion elevated video games to an art form. His deepest darkest secret that no one can ever know about is that he finds Bioshock's universally lauded twist ending a little tacky and overhyped.
