Lucy és Sam két éve dolgozik gyönyörű viktoriánus házuk felújításán, ám pénzügyi nehézségeik miatt el kell azt adniuk. Mivel az ingatlanügynök késik, Lucy-nak egyedül kell majd körbevezetnie az érdeklődőt.
