It’s hard to believe, but the documentation is indisputable: The CCP hold prisoners of conscience—mostly Falun Gong practitioners, but also Uyghurs and some house church Christians—ready to kill on-demand for their organs. It’s why the waiting time for an organ transplant in China can take as little as two weeks for the wealthy and elite.

Well this is a gigantic Red Pill. When you start to look at the World through a the lens this book lays out it brings things into focus. I pray the Chinese people can escape the yoke of Communism someday soon. I pray that the Free World has the fortitude to fight this evil ideology.

Brutally honest, Jan Jekielek lays out the compelling evidence that the Chinese Communist Party is and has been perpetrating crimes against humanity on a level of barbaric cruelty not seen since the Holocaust.

Full disclosure, my husband wrote the book—and I'm extremely glad he did! We've been following this issue for 20 years and it's almost unbelievable that the CCP has been getting away with such gruesome crimes for this long—literally murdering people and selling their body parts. I know that people don't believe it when they first hear about it. Which is why this book is so valuable—it really breaks down all the research and paints a complete picture of what's happening and why it's important, all in a concise, highly readable way.

A good beginner friendly book to delve into the CCP and how they utilize the beautiful and sophisticated Traditional Chinese culture to distract the world from the totalitarian regime. Highlighting the inevitable consequences of totalitarianism and crimes against humanity to shed light on the genocides happening in China, with the world watching. Definitely worth the read if you are looking for an informative and engaging read on these issues.

I normally would never have read this sort of book, but after randomly viewing a quick clip of the author talking, I suddenly felt pulled and compelled to read it.
It is horrific, it is data-driven, the circumstantial evidence is abundantly compelling. The implications are vastly layered and stomach-turning. The challenge it poses seems undeniable.

I never even knew that forced organ donation/harvesting was even a thing. I was shocked and appalled reading this.

Physicians are trained -sometimes aggressively so- to believe in neutrality. Medicine is a technical discipline, SEPARATE FROM POLITICS, IDEOLOGY OR POWER. That illusion collapses in the face of forced organ harvesting. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS NEUTRAL WHEN CONSENT IS ABSENT (did we not learn this during the Covid farce??)! There is no such thing as ethical surgery when the donor’s death is engineered. There is no such thing as clinical detachment when physicians become instruments of (state) violence.
----What happens when clinical excellence is decoupled from ethics? What happens when physicans answer to the state rather than the patient? What happens when technological capability outpaces moral restraint? These questions are relevant because the real question is not WHETHER medicine can be corrupted- but rather HOW EASILY.
Over the past several decades China has targeted traditional beliefs, classical literature and art, religious practices, social etiquette, and everyday cultural traditions. To be educated, to think independently, to hold to tradition- any of these could mark you for punishment, persecution, or destruction. Mao began this targed campaign of terror- he discovered how to weaponize the most ruthless elements of society. He promoted the people with no moral boundaries and elevated them through the ranks, creating a revolution. Most people tried to stay out of it, but his “genius,” was in forcing everyone into complicity. Under constant fear, people were driven to denounce family members, neighbors, even close friends, just to survive. Complicity through silence is what was ultimately achieved. And honestly, I see the beginnings of that here in America. You see people fighting for Communism ("democratic socialism" which is one and the same), thinking they have discovered some bold, brave new way of thinking. They have no problem using violence against anyone they do not agree with if silencing them does not work. HOW can people not see history repeating itself, and what the end result will be if allowed to continue??

**One of their main talking points- “redistribution of wealth”- the concept that prosperity is not infinite and there is only so much to go around- and if you do not have, it must be because someone has taken it/is keeping it from you. They are unfair- rise up and take back what is yours. Again, we see that parroted here ALL THE TIME now. This whole victim and entitlement mentality has come from this.
America represents the ultimate adversary- the complete antithesis of communism. It embodies everything they fear- individual liberty, faith, and a society grounded in moral principle rather than top down control.
Where the CCP has been most effective: the Three Warfares : public opinion warfare (mentioned TikTok as a weapon with example of Charlie Kirk murder- both spectrums pushed out, so depending on your algorithm, they fed you videos to make you angry it happened, or happy and "he deserved it" videos- they use it to cause chaos, civil strife, division and moral disintegration), psychological warfare, and legal warfare.
Ultimately, people need to wake up. China has implemented a 100 year plan and they are right on target to TAKE US DOWN and the worst part is we are inviting our own destruction.

**One of their main talking points- “redistribution of wealth”- the concept that prosperity is not infinite and there is only so much to go around- and if you do not have, it must be because someone has taken it/is keeping it from you. They are unfair- rise up and take back what is yours. Again, we see that parroted here ALL THE TIME now. This whole victim and entitlement mentality has come from this.
America represents the ultimate adversary- the complete antithesis of communism. It embodies everything they fear- individual liberty, faith, and a society grounded in moral principle rather than top down control.
Where the CCP has been most effective: the Three Warfares : public opinion warfare (mentioned TikTok as a weapon with example of Charlie Kirk murder- both spectrums pushed out, so depending on your algorithm, they fed you videos to make you angry it happened, or happy and "he deserved it" videos- they use it to cause chaos, civil strife, division and moral disintegration), psychological warfare, and legal warfare.
Ultimately, people need to wake up. China has implemented a 100 year plan and they are right on target to TAKE US DOWN and the worst part is we are inviting our own destruction.

BOOK REVIEW: “Killed to Order” by Jan Jekielek
I’ve had the honor and privilege of having Jan Jekielek as a Facebook Friend and LinkedIn Connection since circa 2024, and I’ve met him in-person in on three or four different occasions.
The most significant of these personal interactions was in March 2026 at the Cosmos Club in Washington DC (and sponsored by The Remembrance Society [TRS]), whereupon he gave a presentation on his book “Killed to Order: China’s Organ Harvesting Industry & the True Nature of America’s Biggest Adversary,” and I was fortunate enough to receive a personally inscribed copy of Jan’s book.
5 months later, I’ve finally finished reading “Killed to Order,” and it’s an absolute must-read for anyone who gives a damn about human rights, personal and political liberty, and the threat of Communist totalitarianism run amok. In my case, it also gives me further contempt for the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP’s) all-too-many sycophants and ass-kissers in the United States, including (to name just one example) the New York Times (as if I didn’t have enough reason to despise that anti-gun, Communist-coddling, Holocaust-trivializing rag).
An excellent book, but definitely not for the faint of heart, as the specifics of the CCP’s organ harvesting atrocities will shock and disgust you, and quite possibly make your fingers and insides tremble.
So many quotable passages in this book, but for the sake of brevity—and avoiding too many potential spoilers—I’ll narrow it down to three (quoting from the hardcover edition):
—p. 56: “Yet despite the full weight of the state, Falun Gong has proven remarkably resistant to eradication.
That resilience cuts to the heart of what the Chinese Communist Party most fears. Totalitarianism seeks control over everything—first over property, then over the body, and finally over the soul. But practicing Falun Gong is an act that can only come from within. It cannot be imposed, and in that self-directed spiritual freedom lies the most serious threat to any totalitarian system: independent thought.
As James Madison wrote, ‘Conscience is the most sacred of all property.’ Communism seeks to abolish all private property, giving the state control over every resource and every aspect of life. The final property it strives to own is human conscience.
The CCP may seize land, wealth, and even body parts, but it has struggled mightily, and failed, to conquer the conscience of Falun Gong practitioners.”
That, in a nutshell, encapsulates the evils of the CCP and the moral courage of Falun Gong. And, unlike wussy Winston Smith in George Orwell’s “ Nineteen Eighty-Four,” aren’t allowing the Thought Police thugs win the battle for their hearts and minds.
—p. 57: “In August 2024, I witnessed something truly extraordinary, something I never thought I would see: a survivor of China’s forced organ harvesting. His name is Cheng Pei Ming.
Cheng’s story reads like the stuff of nightmares.”
A nightmarish story indeed, no doubt. But on the flip side, it’s also a testament to Cheng’s extraordinary physical and mental toughness in surviving the ordeal, and his moral courage in coming forward with his story to lay bare the horrors of the ChiCom cabal.
—p. 89: “According to recent reporting in The Epoch Times by Eva Fu, Dr. Zheng Zhi, ‘a former Chinese military doctor currently living in exile in Canada, who witnessed the Chinese communist regime’s forced harvesting of organs from a living person years ago, said Beijing had long made plans to take Taiwanese soldiers’ blood, skin, and organs in the event of a Taiwan invasion.’”
Yet the disgusting Daniel L. Davis of Defense Priorities, ChiCom accommodationist and appeaser
ad nauseam. call for us to abandon Taiwan militarily in case of a ChiCom invasion.
But then again, ol’ Danny Boy also trivialized the suffering of the Hungarian and Czech peoples under the Soviet invasions of 1956 of 1968, claiming that
Ike’s and LBJ’s refusals to lift a finger to help the victims of Communism helped “preserve peace.” Yeah, sure, peaceful oppression and tyranny, Danny Dic(k)tator-Lover!
Again, this book is a must read. Bravo, Jan Jekielek! Keep speaking the truth!

A vital source to deal with the evil of the CCP
Here is a handbook for understanding and confronting an important aspect of the evil the CCP inflicts on the Chinese people, on the USA and the world. There are aspects of CCP evil that need to be studied elsewhere, things to do with the military and land acquisition, for example, but to understand the CCP’s radical challenge to a natural law bioethics, this book is a must read.

This Book Should Scare You
1. This book is an eye opener for me. Mr. Jekielek documents the practice of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) of harvesting the organs of healthy people who have been imprisoned as a means of political repression. He also has chapters describing the strategy the CCP uses to engage, then dominate other nations through trade deals. The book makes me want to see America untangle itself from the web our political and corporate leaders have gotten us into so deeply that we are now in a position where we rely on China for a plethora of products from vital medicines to components vital to our military.

Disturbing and eye opening
The CCP support and approval of forced organ harvesting from its citizens is an issue that needs more exposure. I heard about this a decade ago and it was dropped by American media, however the practice has increased. It is disturbing to know the extent to which the CCP is sending transplant surgeons to the US and then to have them return home with skill and knowledge to participate in forced organ donors.

I went into this book expecting a serious, evidence-driven examination of one of the most disturbing human rights issues of our time — the forced organ harvesting taking place in China. And to be fair, the underlying subject matter deserves that seriousness. But what I got instead was a book that never quite decides what it wants to be, and by the halfway point, that indecision starts to work against the very cause it claims to champion.
The core problem is structural. Jekielek can't seem to stay on one track for more than a chapter before veering off. He opens strong, laying out testimony and documentation around the organ trade, then suddenly pivots into sweeping indictments of Chinese culture, governance, and intentions more broadly — before doubling back to Kissinger's foreign policy legacy, then back to organ transplants again. There's no throughline holding it together. It reads less like a book with a thesis and more like a collection of grievances loosely stapled to a shared subject line.
That oscillation extends to tone as well. One paragraph will present sourced, verifiable facts; the next slides into pure editorializing, and the seams between the two are rarely marked. That's a real problem in a book that positions itself as an authoritative work on human rights law, geoeconomics, and geopolitics — genres where the line between analysis and opinion needs to be visible, not blurred. Instead, the reader is constantly asked to accept the author's personal judgments with the same weight as the documented evidence, and that erodes trust over time, even in the parts of the book that are well-researched.
The treatment of China itself is where this becomes hardest to ignore. Rather than distinguishing between the Chinese Communist Party and the country's people, history, or culture — a distinction the book gestures at occasionally but doesn't consistently honor — the prose often collapses into blanket hostility. It comes across less as geopolitical critique and more as animus, and it's paired with a surprisingly thin grasp of Chinese history and society for a book that presents itself as expert-level analysis.
The Kissinger material is a good example of the book's larger issue in miniature. Calling Kissinger "naive" is a legitimate critique to make — plenty of serious scholars have made versions of it — but Jekielek doesn't build the argument, he just asserts it, then moves on. It's delivered with the confidence of someone who considers the point self-evident, which is exactly the problem: an author claiming this much authority in law and geopolitics owes the reader an actual case, not a label.
By the end, the organ harvesting material — genuinely the strongest and most important part of the book — gets buried under everything else that's been piled on top of it. A tighter, more disciplined book focused squarely on the atrocity itself would have been far more effective, and far harder to dismiss.

The result makes a compelling case for the essential need to reconsider our approach to the CCP, especially as they increasingly show that they are a threat to our liberty and freedom.
For years there have been news stories, books, and other sources indicating that China is involved with forced organ harvesting and selling organs to people around the world. These organs are harvested from Uyghurs, Falun Gong practitioners (also known as Falun Dafa), and Taiwanese prisoners, along with other targeted groups of undesirable people. As Dr. Joseph Varon makes clear in his introduction: This is not a medical scandal nor an ethical gray zone or policy failure. It is the weaponization of medicine itself. Transplant tourism creates the death on demand and forced organ harvesting. If we do not condemn this evil practice, our silence is complicity in allowing these crimes against humanity.
In the CCP human life has no value beyond an assigned measurable worth - their social credit score - and the party is obsessed with complete control and any action can be justified. The ruling elite always come first. Starting with the human rights abuses, especially the state-sanctioned harvesting of organs, Jekielek exposes the inner workings of the CCP and their regime built on deception, coercion, and control. Technology will be stolen. Secret police stations are established across Western countries. For them, every technology must have dual usage, especially military applications. Think Covid.
The book is divided into two parts. Part one covers the ongoing organ harvesting from live people. Part two delves into the history of the CCP and their regime. Others have tried to get some of this information out for years. Before reading, I had watched an interview between Jan Jekielek and Mike Row. More recently he joined Dr. Bret Weinstein on a Darkhorse Inside Rail.

I read about half of this word-by-word, then skipped from approximately the middle to the Epilogue. This is an alarming book and if you don't want to read it, it's your loss. I am always curious so wanted to know what this author had to say.
I was already told about this problem in undergraduate school with the Uyghurs, who are also mentioned here. This book describes how also a different sect called "Falun Gong" are targeted for less than positive outcomes. (It says they are "prisoners of conscience," so I would guess that would mean they're only different from the others due to what's in their minds.)
Then at that point I sought an index. I found none, so I arbitrarily skimmed to where I mentioned before. Maybe I'll poke back around it for psychiatry, but potentially not, since this is a creepy and difficult topic.
Waitwaitwait, did it just say one of the best things you could do is to rejoin the Rotary Club? (I was in it when I was 14 or 15.) Well this book said there is an "End Forced Organ Harvesting" Rotary Satellite Club.
What I remember that was all about was keeping track of how much money I earned from my sales pitch of whatever goody the Rotary Club gave me to sell with a 15% markup over how much it cost me to buy it from them.
Then I learned "Trickle Down Economics Doesn't Work."
At the end the author gives a list of things readers can do about the problem he presents.

Okay, so the advance praise is by a lot of people I wouldn't trust to be neutral or objective on China. And Mr. Brownback in his foreword says that "we are in an ideological fight to the death with the CCP", as well as "The Chinese Communist Party has already killed more of its own people than any other regime in history." (I'm going to need a source on that one, Mr. Brownback!). So it becomes very clear very early that this book will not be neutral or fact-based. It has a clear ideological purpose. Especially as these people genuinely seem to think the CPC is Communist (it really isn't). And Falun Gong are wonderful, innocent people who certainly aren't actually, genuinely a cult with some dangerous and/or supremacist tenets. Definitely not. (This then is called a smear campaign against Falun Gong by Jekielek, but I fail to see why a Finnish security scholar would wish to smear Falun Gong for the CPC... My sources for the Falun Gong claims are Vuori, J. (2014). Take Three. The Falungong’s struggle for recognition. In Critical Security and Chinese Politics: The anti-Falungong campaign. The actual book itself also relies very much on emotionally laden subheadings and the shock effect. Looking into the topic, it appears that all of this is accusations that might be true or might not be, as there appears to be decent reasons to take either stance. I am not going to speak on the truthfulness of the content, because we simply cannot know it, but I am going to note that the book relies HEAVILY on logical fallacies in its argumentation, which isn't really helping the cause it claims to fight for. If your book is very clearly Sinophobic and cannot argue in a straight line, if you completely leave out nuance and call anyone disagreeing with you participants of a smear campaign, people aren't very likely to believe what you're saying unless you have rock solid evidence, which the author clearly doesn't, even though he pretends he does?? Or rather, he pretends that the evidence he has, which has a tough time holding up under scrutiny (which is in part just the nature of the issue, to be fair), is rock solid when it isn't. He does not acknowledge the lackings and limitations in his own position, so it's very easy to find faults and thus come to the conclusion that everything he says must be a lie, ESPECIALLY considering the political climate surrounding anything China-related and the fact that there are a decent amount of false rumours spread to deligitimise China.
The author definitely could and should have a much better job at writing this book if he actually wants people to take him seriously.

Several decades ago, the world learned that the Chinese were offering ‘organs on demand’—forced organ harvesting for CCP (Chinese Communist Party) members and foreigners willing to pay. Originally performed on death-row criminals, demand soon outweighed supply, and the Chinese turned to practitioners of Falun Gong, a meditation-based religious movement, for its supply of living organs, as well some ethnic minorities and Christians. One victim survived to tell about it, and has provided valuable information.
But the book also explains the Chinese way of thinking. Whereas the U.S. once thought if we helped China ‘modernize,’ the country would become more democratic. However, anything not communist is considered a threat, and America is its prime target. This is truly a horror story, not the fictional kind. This is true horror perpetrated by the comminist party in china. Innocence believers of Falun Gong who are prisoners of conscience are being subjected to organ donating against their will that results in death. The evidence is presented and is unmistakable. Any country who accepts these organs is complicit and china has organized tourism to facilitate these operations. For more than twenty years to the present. George Orwell wrote, "the will to disbelieve the horrible," in his book 1984. Jan Jekielek the author of this book wrote, "sometimes from those who deep down, just don't want to know." This is going on in China and hopefully the veil of secrecy and denial has been lifted and governments including ours will put a stop to this wholesale murder.

3.5! Readability is where this one lost points for me but the facts and first hand stories within are that of nightmares and will probably cause me many late nights researching. To think that selling organs was legal in China until 2006 and when you realize that the traditional sources of organs for transplant come nowhere near the amount that the country actually performs for profit, we should all be concerned.
While the information provided was horrifying it was very repetitive at times. Since it was a rather short book the repeating of information was unnecessary and could have been arranged better to make the important information shine and truly hit home. Still very eye opening.

This book was an eye-opening and honestly pretty disturbing read. It pulls back the curtain on the CCP and the allegations of forced organ harvesting, showing both the human cost and the systems that allow it to continue. What hit me hardest was seeing how ordinary people can get caught in something so brutal while the rest of the world looks the other way because of politics or economic interests. The insider perspectives and stories of survival made it feel far more real than just reading statistics or headlines. I finished it feeling that these issues deserve far more attention and that we can’t afford to be blind to them simply because doing business is more convenient.

Unfortunately the "meat" in here is a bit scarce, and the book is pretty short already, but I guess that's d/t the nature of the secretive organ harvesting organization. So there wasn't too much in here that I didn't already know. But this is a searing indictment and deep look at the CCP, which was somewhat new journalism to me. Not the most investigative or informative book I've read, but if you don't know what's going on with the Falun Gong and organ harvesting then by all means you should read it.

It's a far from perfect's book but I think it's very important. It's very one-sided. The author doesn't shy away from the fact that he is falun gong and he does go on a few tangents but I think you are entitled to an unbalanced argument when it comes to the topic of organ harvesting. The evidence while thin is strong and I didn't really want to read this book but glad I did. The story of Maggie at the beginning and appendix part one at end is very good.

It was insightful as I knew nothing about this topic however the author lost me with some of the language. It was kinda giving conspiracy theorist. I didn’t enjoy the angle about how medically assisted suicide is a way for more governments to harvest organs. As someone who has witnessed a loved one suffer from cancer, MAID is a resource that should be protected.

Incredible expose on forced organ harvesting in China. Shocking! Also, interesting take on the Chinese Communist Party and the war they wage on us— not military war, war of world domination). Eye opening, and I believe probably largely true. Definitely heavily biased on the anti-communist party side. But that doesn’t mean it’s not true. Also, written in a pretty boring way.
