Wayward #2

Wayward: Fighting: An Isekai LitRPG

Rate this book
A teen transported to a world of magic and mayhem must navigate new alliances, strange abilities, and found family in the second book of this LitRPG series.

One wouldn’t think that getting magically whisked away to a new world would make someone suddenly feel at home, but that’s exactly what being transported to Makera has done for Phoenix Fraser. Gone are the ailments that kept her bedridden, the body that didn’t fit her soul, and the endless loneliness. Reborn are her strength, passion, and hopes of building the community she never knew she needed.

But while the burdens of Phoenix’s old life have been lifted, that doesn’t mean her new existence is without its struggles. As bonds with her adventuring party and mentor grow, so too does the weight of her secrets.

The more Phoenix reveals about her true abilities, the more she could put those she’s come to care about in danger. Because there are those who would do anything to stop her from reaching her full potential—even if it means destroying all of Makera to get what they want . . .

The second volume of the hit LitRPG fantasy series—with more than a million views on Royal Road—now available in paperback, ebook, and audiobook!

Boring

The main character is an idiot. The first book was okay so I thought that this one would be ok. The entire plot revolves around her low self esteem and poor decisions.

CLIFFHANGERS ARGH

**(In light of the recent discourse around cliffhangers on the socials, this is hyperbolic and I am an impatient gremlin when it comes to open endings)
