A family affair gone wrong
Victor was a skunk and a nasty man who comes to Willow Bay to judge a chocolate contest. He ends up being poisoned and Ali needs to help hunt down the killer. Everyone seemed to hate Victor so the list of potential killers is long. The plot unravels as suspects are eliminated and others added.

Good
I enjoyed this one better than the last two in the series, but gave it 4 stars because I know the series is better than what has come out. Nevertheless, the characters are great and the story was easy to read.

The book was cute and at times there were some annoying characters like the cookie shop owner, also Alli’s assistant Penny. A chocolate competition leads to the death of the judge and Alli tries to discover who is the culprit.
