A House Full of Secrets

Rate this book
A mother's lies. A son's search. A past that won't stay buried.

A year after his mother’s death, Aaron Callahan receives her Book of a handwritten memoir filled with secrets she never spoke aloud. At first, it feels like a final goodbye. But soon the pages unravel into something darker—confessions of a crime she witnessed, and the powerful men who concealed it.

As Aaron follows the trail, his search turns dangerous. The closer he gets to the truth, the more blurred the line between memory and reality becomes. And someone is determined to silence him before he exposes what his mother left behind.

A House Full of Secrets is a gripping psychological thriller about the weight of generational trauma, the fragility of memory, and the cost of uncovering long-buried truths. Perfect for fans of Everything I Never Told You and Sharp Objects.

This story was captivating. A journey through trials and tribulations, family bonds broken and others strengthened. This story had it all for me. Book one can be read as a complete story of you're not ready to commit to a series but I found myself wanting more at the end. I wasn't ready to disconnect from these characters and quickly found myself in book 2.
