Sweet and steamy

Starts out as a cute mystery and romance, morphs into a very tender and steamy romantic book (oh the things he says!) and along the way drops in lots of Scottish atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyable. I will definitely be reading the prequel!

A love story that you have to read

Finding a new author who is just starting out and following them from the beginning is a special treat for a reader, as though you're in on a wonderful secret that others have yet to discover. I read Jenna's debut novel, Summer Of Rain, and absolutely adored it.
I am just a reader, not a writer, and I can't decide if it is more difficult for an author to write a series featuring related or interconnected characters or write standalone novels. Each has their own challenges but, regardless, I think it must be hard to start from scratch with every new book. Jenna has risen to the challenge wonderfully by producing a completely different, but no less captivating, type of story with Return To Me Always.
Summer Of Rain was a celebrity romance, not my usual reading fare, but it was perfect. So much emotion, so heartfelt, a difficult theme sensitively handled, and two main characters who deserved the happiness they gave each other. Return To Me Always is nothing like Summer Of Rain, which was a gentle slow-burn love story, set in sunny L.A. Kat and Tyler's story is drenched in rain and gales and mud and there was nothing gentle about it.
I was hooked from the opening paragraphs. Kat's first two days in London literally turn her life upside down, meeting two very different men which results in her fleeing London. On the run with Tyler, the man she has been dreaming about forever, she is in fear for her life but feels strangely safe with the enigmatic and brooding Scot. The pursuit takes them all the way to the Scottish Highlands and beyond, the tension palpable all through the book, so real that it made me shiver at times. Kat and Tyler share moments along the way but there is so much more to their story than she knows.
Two people finding each other in extraordinary circumstances, overcoming seemingly insurmountable odds, fated to be together. I can't say more without giving away spoilers so all I can say is that you have to read this book to appreciate how incredibly good it is. I couldn't put it down, reading far too long into the night to finish it and sighing happily once I did.

3.5 Stars... This was an entertaining fun, fast read. I especially enjoyed the couples' adventures (and their sidekick friend), while on the run through the wilds of a rain soaked Scotland. Jenna Fiore (a new author for me), handles atmosphere well. And I rather delighted in the twist elements wanting to know more. However, I found Kat's (the main character and narrator) internal dialogue repetitive and contradictory throughout the story. While I understand that she is only nineteen and dealing with several unusual situations and circumstances, her tone kept me from rating this work higher. That being said, I am curious enough to want to read the proposed prequel.

A very unique suspense novel as expressed through the main character's eyes which further enhances intrigue and mystery. In a set-up plight, Kat and newfound friend Tyler are falsely accused of a crime by a policeman and must flee for their lives, taking them on a camping experience through the Scottish highlands while being pursued. Haunted by the fact that she has dreamed of Tyler for many years in the past, she readily falls for him. A second layer to the story finally clarifies why they seemed so familiar to one another towards the fascinating conclusion. If you're seeking a fast action adventure, this won't disappoint you.

Had the absolute pleasure and privilege to beta read this and what can I say - I'd read it time and time again. Desperately awaiting the release so I can GET IT on my Kindle.

Imagine Kat's surprise when, on a trip to London, she suddenly meets the guy she's been dreaming about forever. Literally. They're forced to go on the run together after she's framed for something she didn't do, and the closer they get to the Scottish highlands - which turn out more familiar than Kat could have ever guessed - we finally realise just why Tyler has been in her head for years.

This book hit all my happy spots. Destined lovers, beautiful scenery, loveable characters, great suspense!

The author’s writing is amazing and all, but this story is pretty basic and although it wasn’t boring or unclear, the whole dream Englishman was just a bit too much for me.

If you do like Wattpad stories, I mean, this is totally your book. It is even better than the After series.
