Her paradise is not what it seems.

Crowned by the dark prince Malakyte, Kara lives in the pinnacle of luxury with all the power that comes with being the new princess of the Arianyte Empire. However, when the emerging cracks in her world reveal her new life is not as it seems, Kara discovers the horrible truth that she's forgotten.

The prince she loves has been lying to her.
The family she's forgotten has been kept from her.
The power she's honed has been stolen from her.

When Kara learns of the elaborate deception used to keep her from saving those she loves, the battle lines are drawn—and now she can never unsee the sins of the prince she thought she loved, a prince who is slowly shattering as he’s torn between his love for Kara and the unbearable weight of his crown.

With an even greater threat from the Arianyte Empire looming, the final confrontation to save Earth becomes inevitable, and Kara must find new strength to forge fierce allies and overcome her enemies, all while discovering the true depths of love and betrayal. Which side will she choose? Where will her heart lie once the truth is finally revealed?

The epic finale of The Mark of Creation Chronicles has finally arrived—and so has Kara's choice between good and evil. This final book is made for fans of Sailor Moon and Fourth Wing, blending science fiction with fantasy in a way never seen before. This finale is longer, darker, and more romantic than its predecessors, but promises all the action, twists, and jaw-dropping plot twists you've come to love from Arabella.

My name is Arabella K. Federico and I am a passionate author who loves all things fantasy, scifi, romance, urban fantasy, dystopian, and paranormal. I write a mixture of genres with a mind-bending metaphysical twist you'll never see coming. Let's just say nobody writes like me and there's NOTHING on your TBR that's like my books.
If you want something different-yet with familiar tropes you crave-I'm your next favorite author. Don't let the indie author thing fool you, my debut novel "The Mark of Chaos and Creation" and it's sequel "The Mark of Dreams and Darkness" was professionally edited by a talented industry pro who's one of the developmental editors on Brandon Sanderson's Mistborn, as well as Tricia Levenseller's Daughter of the Pirate King duology, and literally hundreds more traditional and indie books that are best-sellers.
As an author coach and teacher of all things writing craft, I hope to take my amazing readers on a ride they won't soon forget. Storytelling is my passion. It lights me up like Christmas day and makes me more giddy than it probably should. Writing stories is my destiny, and I hope every new reader whose adoration I gain joins Arabella's Army and follows me down the path of taking over the world. Because women who follow the status quo typically never break it, and over here, we shatter expectations.

I truly have not read a book that has captivated me this way in a while. When this book was pushed back I knew it would be good when I was told it was over 800 pages I knew it would be great. However nothing could have prepared me for the level of emotions I'd feel reading this. I went from crying to laughter in a matter of seconds thanks to Gav being his cocky self! I'm always super hesitant to read the last book in a series for fear it will let me down however I am so captivated by this book it has me in a complete chokehold and I will be speaking about it for ages. It also had such a beautiful message as well especially for us survivors out there showing that it's not always black and white and that ending crushed my soul and then stitched it back together 🥹

Also Ps Say what you want about the Prince of darkness that mirror scene was oooft....
This book has spice, tragedy, redemption, Revenge and fucking Dragons of all things?! I loved every second of it 🖤

This final book in this series is soooooo good! Check your trigger warnings!! its highly emotional and I would suggest keeping tissues nearby when reading. There are multiple POV's that add soo many layers to understanding the characters and their actions, reactions and feelings. There is a complexity to this book that is really hard to find in many books. This book literally wrecked me, made me cry, and put me back together again by the end. This series should be on every TBR

This was a perfect ending to this trilogy. It is as long as both of the first two combined, but it was worth every moment. I cried 6 times, and I laughed more than I could count. It kept you guessing right til the end and showed that everyone is shades of grey.

Check your triggers before you dive in, but they’re handled exceptionally well. There’s no glamorizing them. And our FMC has come a long way from book 1 til the end. She grows up a lot.

I have never loved a book so much in my life. Book 1 made me feel like a kid again- reliving one of my favorite shows. Book 2 had me hook line and sinker. This book though.. Had me in a choke hold the entire time.

What a finale! What I felt with this book... wooow. From being scared, tensed, getting my hopes up, then boom, crushed again, then happy, and boom twists and word building, and THEEEEEN I felt like I was dying :(((((, and after that I was afraid of every chapter. Arabella, you've built an incredible world.

After being left in shock with the second book's ending, now, I felt so much tension because of Kara's situation. I was so scared in the first few chapters because I thought everyone would die. The situation was horrible, and we all know what Malikyte is capable of. But hope was not lost. Kara got her answers on her own and demanded the truth, and she also got to see another face of Malakyte, or rather, see it again. AND WE HAVE DRAGONS!!!! God, I loved them. Cryptic as ever, but they had to test her, and I understood that even if sometimes I just wished to tell her everything at once.

I loved the team. The Starseeds are the best, and even if it's hard for them, they understood her situation and they were by her side even when she didn't know it. I was starting to love Gav in the second book, but in this one? I'M IN LOVE WITH HIM! WHY DO FICTIONAL MEN CAN'T GET INTO THE REAL ONE????? OR BETTER YET: WHY IS THIS THE REAL ONE, AND THEIR WORLD THE FICTIONAL ONE????!!!!????!!!!

Now, back to the review :)) I loved the character development. We see each character grow, we understand them more, and the fact that we have multiple POVs is a treasure. We get to see different perspectives, different thoughts, different feelings, understand that every being has a good side and a dark side, and ultimately, you don't have to choose a side. You have to embrace them both because that's maturing, evolving, growing.

Now, if I wanted to kill Narestee before or Malakyte in the last book, clearly, I didn't know about dear old dad. Now THAT thing of a father got what he deserved, but hell if I didn't want to put everyone on a ship and just make them disappear into another realm/reality, anywhere really. I was afraid when Mal got all Darth Vader??? Dear old dad is like Thanos and some. He scared me and pissed me off at the same time. And THAT scene!!!!! :((((((((((((((((((( F**************ck. Punched in the gut, crushed and buried. That's how I felt. I won't spoil it, won't say anything else about the most heartbreaking scene in this book, but it hurt like hell.

And those last chapters. WOOOOOW. The preparation, the dragons, the battle, the outcome! Absolutely amazing.

I don't think I can find the words to describe how good this book is. It's the finally to a great trilogy and book 3 will literally take you, break you, heal you, break you some more and repeat that a few more times. I consider this one a masterpiece. Why? Mainly because it's very unique. The story and characters. The MMC Malakyte who is the villain and yes he got the girl but in book 3 does he get to keep her?? And Gav a gorgeous, smart mouth sky-fae who we all know Kara was looking for since book 1also dragons!?!?😱.. eehh I have so much to say about this book and don't want to give away spoilers. Cause this one you will want to read. Main takeaway though is to check the trigger warnings ⚠️ and have lots of tissues 🤧 and finish this book on a weekend. You will need to recover emotionally after this book. I hope you enjoy the rise like I did. If I can read this book for the 1st time all over again. I'd do it in a heartbeat.
