Focusing on fiction currently, Juliet Rose is driven to bring to life characters from many walks of life and the struggles faced in modern society. Her writing style is open and fluid, giving the characters the ability to shine as the truth of their own story. Her works are honest and sometimes brutally painful but in the end, her characters are given the voice which needs to be heard.
Juliet is a New York native living in the mountains of Georgia. She has lived all over the United States and Mexico and doesn’t plan to stop seeing the world beyond her front doorstep. She spends her time rescuing animals, painting, and writing.
This was a fun eco-horror tale with plenty of laughs. Attack of the Trees is exactly what it sounds like, normal trees getting their revenge for all the maltreatment by mankind. There isn't a dull moment in the story either. Juliet Rose and DZ Hollow make a great team. Between the falling chlorophyll and killer trees, I was intrigued. As a nature person, I was kind of rooting for the trees lol.
The other stories after the main one are great as well. A unique and fun splatterpunk with plenty of dark comedy.
Attack of the Trees by Juliet Rose & D.Z. Hollow 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This is a very entertaining and wild horror story!! Have you ever wondered if the trees were alive? Dreama is an arborist who begins to notice some very strange occurrences happening with the trees. Her friend Gerald, who’s a botanist, is witnessing crazy things happening too. There’s Chlorophyll raining down from the sky and different forms of mysterious fungi have started popping up. These trees have deep stories within and blood is beginning to be shed! Can they figure out what is going on before it’s too late? This story is very creative, entertaining and creepy!! I love all of the details, as I felt like I was watching a good horror movie. 🩸 It’s a fast and fun read!! There’s a lot to this story even though it’s not that long!
There are 2 additional stories at the end; one from each author. I particularly liked They Don’t Bite, because I could see myself as the main character! 😳It’s also very well written!!
These 2 authors did a great job with this novella! It’s out now, and I recommend checking it out!! 🛸🍄🟫🌳🌳🍄🟫 🛸
“Earth is hurting. Humanity is a cancer, and the time has come to end that.”

The pacing keeps you hooked, and the atmosphere makes you second-guess every rustle of leaves outside your window. A unique and chilling story for fans of eco-horror and splatterpunk alike.
A powerful eco-horror story. Juliet and DZ have brought the terror of the changing earth right to us and keep us on the edge waiting for more. This so easily could have been expanded into longer, novel length stories. B-Horror at it's finest. How can you beat green rain or nature taking over the earth. Trees that want revenge is the best! Can't wait for their next one.
This was my reminder to NOT piss off the trees. The first story was great!!! it had me hooked and wanting more. The 2nd story would totally be me in that situation.😂 The 3rd story was a fun addition to this book!
