No spoilers. Read via kindle (ARC).
This was a quick little novella that has your favorite cowboys from Hallows Ranch. Some depth in the feels, but don’t worry lots of spice as well with those cowboys that you won’t be completely out of the holiday feelings. You could read this on its own, but it’s recommended to read after Langston brother duet and hallows ranch cowboy books as well.
Would I recommend? I would recommend reading it in order, plus perfect time to read these cowboy books and then have a Christmas novella, but can read this one first to see if you like these cowboys before committing as well.
This was a quick little novella that has your favorite cowboys from Hallows Ranch. I finished it in less than 4 hours and forgot anything besides the beautiful characters in this novella existed.
Denver and Valerie have a love that isn’t easy to convey to people who have not read their book, which makes them all the more special. Valerie wants a lovely Christmas with all members of the Hallow Ranch whereas her husband is hoping to avoid the celebration, joined by their two kids who enjoy the holiday. It’s difficult for Denver to resist.
Mason and Harmony have a come a long way with their own difficult journeys, add their collective experiences and it’s almost heartbreaking. But when you have a support system like theirs that includes Wine Wednesdays and cowboys threatening each other, it all makes sense. I cannot wait for them to enjoy a chaotic but enjoyable life with their baby boy, Micah.
Beau and Abbie are a force that causes chaos and pulls everyone together, if we recall the laundry room chaos. They are settling into a phase of their lives where they don’t need anything to fulfil them besides each other and Jigs secret recipes that Harmony stole. Oops.
Mags and Diana are looking forward to their baby, whilst Diana tries to assure Mags the bacon won’t be burnt. Despite being a lawyer, it seems Diana knew the ending as Mason was unsuccessful in his hope to deliver good bacon. Although in his defence, it was crispy.
It was lovely reading about these beautiful couples and I sense we may get new teaser regarding the twins and their Harvard friend, Destiny.

Hallow ranch always had my heart. The drama that these characters went through
to to get their happily ever after was a hell of a roller coaster !
so this novella was a lovely catch up with all at Hallow ranch.
valerie & Denver:
Xmas is hated by Denver so Valerie’s is doing her best to have the most epic Xmas with everyone home . She’s worried thou it’ll all blow up on her , little does she know he’s so in love with her he’d never get angry about her trying. Their love is everything , how he looks at her to how he comforts her.
Mason & Harmony:
they’ve the best Xmas gift their gonna be adoptive parents and Micah is coming soon! Their story so so emotional and I’m so glad they finally get their happy ever after.
Abbie & Beau:
he’s dying to put a ring on it! And she’s easily persuaded! These two are fire 🔥
mags & Diana:
he’s the grudge cowboy you’ll meet but his love for her is unmatched. He’s so funny & full of great banter !! And he’s always murdering someone ! lol
mason & demver:
shared hard life with an abusive father and xmas is a tough subject but the make things clear and right before the Xmas shenanigans begin. Actually a lovely moment in the book.
Such a wonderful series if you haven’t read yet stick it on your TBR .

If you loved the Hallow Ranch cowboys and the Langston brothers than this short, spicy novella is for you! This Christmas story picks up after Mags and Diana’s HEA and is the perfect snippet into the future for all of the Langstons and their crew. There’s grumpiness from good old Mags and Denver, heartfelt conversations between the women who confer about girl dinner and what they discuss at Wine Wednesdays.. and Mason and Denver? as they put to rest the reasons why Christmas is so difficult for them, you’ll feel all the emotions with this one, my eyes were officially leaking!
There’s banter and arguing over whether Mason will succeed in cooking the Christmas ham right and whether or not Mags will allow him to live to see another day! As well as hot as hell spice involving Christmas lights and trees being witness to all sorts of shenanigans! This was a perfect addition to compliment all four of the cowboys stories and made my heart so happy to catch up with them at this special time of year. This will be one I’ll pick up time and time again during the holiday season to get me in the mood for Christmas!

I absolutely loved this holiday novella and catching up with the Hallow Ranch crew. I read the Hallow Ranch duet but not the Langston Brothers (Yet). I was able to enjoy Denver & Val and Mason and Harmony without reading prior.
If you haven’t read any of stories it is still enjoyable, there are the possibilities of spoiler.
The banter had me laughing the healing between Denver and Mason added the right amount of emotion and the spice was spicing.
100% Recommend this series.

Another 5 star read from the queen herself, Brittany Ann.
I LOVED getting to revisit Hallow Ranch and my favorite dark cowboys.
The way that Denver is only soft for his woman makes me melt every time. I love Val and the way that the only thing she wants is for all the boys on the ranch to be together. I yearn for a man who loves me the way Den loves Val and the way he would do absolutely anything for her.
Harmony and Mason are still my favorite couple. I cannot wait to hopefully get more glimpses of their life with their sweet baby boy, Micah.
Abbie and Beau. These two are everything. I love how down bad Beau continues to be for his woman.

Deck the Halls with Cowboys was a cute, festive cowboy romance that delivered exactly what the title promises: small-town charm, holiday cheer, and a whole lot of cowboy energy. Brittany Ann’s writing is easy to fall into, and the Christmas vibes were warm, cozy, and perfect for a snowy evening read.
I enjoyed the setting and the hint of sweetness between the characters, but I found myself wanting a little more depth—both in the romance and the emotional stakes. Some moments felt rushed, and I wished the characters had more time to grow and breathe on the page.
Still, if you’re in the mood for a light, quick holiday romance with cowboys, twinkle lights, and Hallmark-style charm, this one definitely fits the bill. A fun, festive read—just not one that fully swept me away.

I really enjoyed this novella. It may make more sense to read the entire Hallow Ranch series but I have only read book #1 (Breathe For Me). Reading this novella has definitely inspired me to complete the series. There is a bit of a backstory in the novella to get a rough idea of whats going on with all the characters.
I loved reading about these couples! The cowboys are rugged possessive men who are obsessed with their women.
Plenty of spice! 🌶️🌶️🌶️

Deck the Halls With Cowboys is a cowboy novella based on Hallows Ranch!! This was an easy read and I read this in less than a day. Brittany Ann has created many amazing books, but this was the absolute perfect way to end this cowboy series! I would highly reccomend reading after the series since it is kind of an epilogue for these couples.
Denver has always hated Christmas, but Valerie is determined to make this be the best one for him. Mason and Harmony get the perfect Christmas present. Abbie and Beau are finally taking that next step toward their happy ending. Mags and Diana are looking forward to meeting their baby. I enjoyed this so much. The spice was piping hot. I really liked the development Denver showed throughout the story, from hating Christmas to growing to love it and working through the memories that sparked his hatred. I was so excited when it got to Harmony and Mason and learned that they were adopting a baby. Mags and Diana were hot and fun as usual. I laughed when Beau and Abby were in the laundry room, and he was proposing without proposing. But my favorites were Val and Denver because not only did we see them grow, but we also saw Caleb grow and change from where we first met him in Breathe for Me. Overall, it is an excellent book for Christmas time.

Just finished Deck the Halls with Cowboys. It was so good! With the whole Hallow Ranch cowboys and their wives stuck in a house for Christmas. Valerie wanted to do something special for her husband Denver who after losing his mom and his dad banning Christmas from the ranch. She had an idea to celebrate with the whole crew in hopes it would help Denver to love Christmas. There’s chapters of pretty much everyone. It was so good to see how the cowboys are still the same with Mason being his goofy self (he was in charge of the ham… not a good idea lol) Mags still broody threatening the twins, mason pretty much everyone but his wife. I love how you see them after their happily ever afters.

This was such a quick Christmas novella it took me maybe three hours to read the whole thing. But I loved it so much, I literally couldn’t put it down.
We’re back at Hallow Ranch, and this time it’s for Christmas dinner (sorry, Denver). I wasn’t expecting to laugh as much as I did, but it was nonstop!
I loved getting chapters from each person’s POV. It gave us a chance to catch up with every couple and see where they are in their lives since their books ended. And honestly, like everyone else, I was cracking up at the complete lack of faith that Mason could cook a ham. Even NJ was laughing lol.
So overall If you need a quick, extremely funny, spicy Christmas read with great jokes and banter, put this one at the top of your list. I can’t wait to see what the cowboys get up to next!

I loved this holiday novella back at Hallow Ranch! It was so much fun to jump back into the lives of the cowboys and their ladies.
Each couple had their own little issues and life changes (some bigger than others) and moments of romance in this story.
It was so nice to go back into the Hallow Ranch couples lives and see their holiday shenanigans and happy endings being expanded upon.
Brittany did an amazing job of not changing each character and truly bringing their quirks and family dynamics into this hectic but loving holiday. All the holiday spirit and an amazing first holiday season book!

This was the PERFECT Christmas novella to take me back to Hallow Ranch 🤠❤️💚 the Langston brother’s duet and the hallow ranch books are one of my all time favorite cowboy series out there and this little glimpse at Christmas time at the ranch did not disappoint 🥹

I love when a holiday novella is used to catch up on what’s going on now with some of your favorite series couples. I loved being back at Hallow Ranch and seeing what the immediate future held for some of my favorite cowboys. As usual, the spice was piping hot but it was also a great deal more emotionally dynamic than I was anticipating. I was laughing, I was swooning, I was so happy to see all of these characters get their final moment in the spotlight. Sad to see this portion of the Brittany-verse go, but this was truly the perfect farewell. Such a fun holiday romance. 4/5 stars!

Oh my goshhhh cannot ask for a more perfect book for the season 💖💖
This novella was everything. It made me laugh and cry more than I expected to. The love they had for one another made my heart melt and got me all teary eyed until I actually started crying because of how strong and deep their love for one another is 🤧🫶
Some of my favourite moments were: Mason's burnt hams, literally any scene where NJ is there cause omg she's so adorable!!! especially scenes where she's with caleb I'm always like AWWWW, Mason and Denver having a heart to heart, and many more. This novella has my fucking heart 💓.
If you loved the Hallow Ranch books, this novella is a perfect match for you 💖

This was a quick, easy read and a lovely little bonus with all the Hallow Ranch crew.
I'm behind in my reading of this series so obviously some of the relationships went over my head so I'm keen to come back and read this one again once I'm caught up.
I loved that we got a little from all of the couples and their unique dynamic together as well as the group as a whole.
I loved watching their crew expand.
All in all, I finished it in a couple of hours and was left smiling.

This was the holiday novella I absolutely needed. Finally we got more from our favs at Hallow Ranch and it’s everything and more we can expect from these dark cowboys. Now if you haven’t read a single book from the series, just stop now and go back and read at least 1 or 2 so it actually makes sense. Trust me, it’ll be so much more enjoyable and hilarious to get the full experience of Mags threatening everyone or Mase somehow putting put in charge of the Christmas ham. Is it too much to ask for another holiday novella already LOL.

Y’all, Brittany Ann has done it again! Like all her other stories, this one grabbed me right away and kept my attention. It made me fall asleep later than planned just so I could finish! I absolutely loved going back to Hallow Ranch with some of my absolute favorite characters. It was the perfect convo of Christmas setting, suspense, and spice! Can’t wait to see what Brittany has in store for us next!
