Silent Inheritance: A Novel of Repression, Loss And Survival

Rate this book
In a land where every word is watched and every choice can cost your life, one family fights to hold on to love, dignity, and truth. From the golden fields of a rural estate to the violence and betrayal of the Cultural Revolution, their lives are bound by history’s iron grip — and by the secrets they dare not speak.

Through the eyes of Jasmine, a young woman inheriting not only her family’s legacy but also generations of pain and resilience, Silent Inheritance tells a story of tyranny and survival that echoes far beyond any borders.

At once intimate and sweeping, this novel lays bare the human cost of political utopias — and asks what remains when a family’s world has turned to ashes.
