Feminist Tarihyazımında Sınıf ve Cinsiyet

Rate this book
Davidoff'a göre, somut tarihsel olguların (çeşitli bağlamlarda aile/akrabalık ilişkilerinin, ev işlerinin, hizmetçilerin vb.) incelenmesi, sözkonusu hiyerarşik ayrımların aşılması, mevcut sosyal analiz modellerinin ötesine geçilmesi açısından büyük önemi taşımaktadır. Derlemede ayrıca, Ferhunde Özbay'ın "Evlerinde El Kızları: Cariyeler, Evlatlıklar, Gelinler" adlı makalesi yer alıyor. Davidoff'un getirdiği kavramsal açılımlardan yararlanan Özbay, "öteki kadın" kavramının özel alanda kurulmasını derinlemesine araştırıyor. Ayşe Durakbaşa'nın yayına hazırladığı bu kitabın benzer kaygılar taşıyan yeni çalışmaların önünü açacağını düşünüyoruz.

As Fellmeth said, "Feminism is not a single theory, school or methodology that explains social phenomena, but a genre."the word as it is indicated in a very extensive field by querying a new world* - minded feminist philosophy, known tarihyazi of patriarchy formed on his harsh criticism of the other side of the coin and bring the date with breaking most of our time with a big heart by approaching assessments by progressive and feminist philosophy, as it is right in the sense that the developer has an ID from a stream is a way of very, As Fellmeth calls the genre.

In this book, too, it will be possible to see the avalanche effect created by the historical accumulation of feminist thought, and to notice between the lines how patriarchal historiography has sabotaged societies for generations. Dec.

It is possible to read quite important approaches on topics such as private space - public space balance, working gender - gender that should not work, nature - culture balance, intellectual and physical distinctions in this work.

Although it is quite lacking ontologically, feminism has started an intensive criticism process towards the essence of the problem by opening up many (not to be discussed) issues to discussion thanks to its messy structure at this point. He has created alternatives, not alternatives, in the international arena by opening up the areas dominated by western thought to question, especially in today's issues such as government, state and religion. Davidoff deals with this creation process both at the point of historiography and at the point of the class and gender structure of today's world, writing a "new one" that is alive and being written.

For me, it is very impressive that feminist philosophy has a character that offers the clearest criticisms against every limiting, blunting view, especially Hegelian dialectics, without making concessions in any way. Likewise, in this beautiful work, the philosophical cases that are the mainstay of the patriarchy have also been destroyed by counter-interpretations. This book is quite beautiful and has not attracted any attention at the point of reading again, I think it is one of the must-reads for the related topic. I wish you a pleasant reading.

Bit disappointed with this, I was expecting a book about gender and history, but instead, it was a collection of literature reviews, interesting enough but ultimately pointless for myself.
