Sentinals Origins Prequel Part 2 by @helengarrawayauthor

Having followed this series from the get-go, I was so excited to see that Helen was writing a prequel series. Loved part 1, but nothing could have prepared me for part 2. That ending. I really don't want to spoil it, but it was definitely a full circle moment seeing the devastation from that point of view in the epilogue.
It's no secret that Birlerion is my favourite, so to see him go from strength to strength in this book was amazing. Starting from such humble beginnings, his confidence has always wavered, but he has always had a special place in The Lady's thoughts.
Leyandrii had some tough choices to make in this instalment, and she tried to come from a place of grace and nobility to begin with before having to make that tough final choice.
There is only one thing left for me to do now...start book 1 again.
Thank you for such a wonderful series. It is so easy to see why Helen is a USA Today Bestselling Author. Cannot wait to see what's next.

Helen Garraway breathtakingly finishes her wonderful Sentinal series in an astounding fashion that left myself crying at its end as this prologue lovingly bridges into the series first book: Sentinals Awaken.
Goddess Lady Leyandri created her Sentinals to her voice and protector of Remargaren, believing the people under her rule will always trusted her leadership; increasingly though dark shadows are creeping across its individual kingdoms as the Ascendants work tirelessly to undermine the peace and hope Leyandri wants to give.
And those attacks are getting more brazen towards the Sentinals that become darkly and disturbing personal; forcing the Sentinals to continuously change tactics against the Ascendants as both side tit for tat is edging towards to an all out deadly war.
To protect Remargaren means the kind sacrifice Leyandri, Marguerite, Guelaire and Birlerion that its unfathomable and emotionally gutting for that bear witness to this fiery action.
A harrowing sacrifice that means everything for the future.
A grandiose series every avid fantasy readers should own.
Highly recommended.

Helen Garraway’s second book in the Sentinals Origins Prequal is a masterpiece, in that it gives you the ‘Where’, the ‘Why’, and the ‘How’. Her innate ability to pull everything together in the last book of what has been a Fantastic award-winning Fantasy Series is nonpareil. In this book Helen Garraway excels in her writing ability to make the reader feel totally immersed in the story.
We see Leyandrii’s Sentinals, grow from young men to be the fighting force that protects the whole of Remargaren, and how Birlerion, the most beloved of Sentinals, came into his magic. There are not many Fantasy Series that take you through an emotional rollercoaster of a ride, bringing you to tears many times throughout, as this one will. It is right up there on a par with The Lord of the Rings.
Helen Garraway, you have an amazing gift as a writer, and to say it is a ‘must read’ is an understatement, and I hope that there will be many more books to come. If I could give it more that 5 ***** I would.

The book starts by setting up the characters and locations. Pay attention; all will come back and play their part. As in a good chess game, all of the pieces move throughout the book.
You can read the Sentinals series before the Sentinals Origins books without spoiling the feel of these two books. Or, you can read the Sentinals Origins books first, then read "Sentinals Awaken" through "Sentinals Destiny". You will want to read the entire series either way.

WOW!! Once again I am blown away by master storyteller Helen Garraway! I could not put this book down! The outstanding world building is beautifully and magically captivating. There is plenty of action, adventure, twists and turns and a few surprises you don't see coming. Her characters are written with so much depth. You feel all the emotions the characters go through. They are engaging and you really feel like you know them. I absolutely enjoyed this book and absolutely highly recommend reading it.

Excellent read! I so enjoyed these prequels; they were outstanding and gave a great history to the Sentinals. Thank you again Helen...I am thinking about going back and reading all those first 6 books again.

One of a kind magical story that will have you wanting it never to end. Unfortunately this is the end of the Sentinals’ story. I will definitely have to reread all the books again. Don’t miss out.
