New York Times bestselling author Tia Williams returns with an intensely romantic, deliciously sexy tale about a woman searching for her handsome seatmate on a European flight—and the unexpected places her hunt for love leads her.

Sasha Cruz knows types. As a booked-and-busy casting agent, she’s always casting — at happy hour, the post office, the grocery store, everywhere. She’s all about finding the perfect person to slot into the perfect role. What she doesn’t do, however, are relationships. Too much energy, not enough time. Men find her intimidating, and she likes it that way.

But when Sasha’s seated next to a mysterious, broodingly handsome Italian man on the way to a work trip in Paris, sparks fly – but they miss the chance to exchange contact information. Now, convinced that she’s lost out on her soulmate, Sasha is on a manhunt to find Seat F.

Sasha enlists her work friend for help in the search, but when she accidentally emails the entire global company, colleagues around the world begin looking for Seat F, too – with some finding love along the way. Meanwhile, Sasha takes matters into her own hands, hiring a smoldering detective who complicates matters in unforeseen ways.

Review of advance copy received from Netgalley
March 7, 2026
Thank you to Netgalley, Grand Central Publishing and Tia Williams for an early copy of one of my most anticipated romances of 2026.

Lately, I have been in my Tia Williams Bag. I recently read Audre and Bash are Just Friends and had to re-read Seven Days in June. I was hooked to her writing style and wanted more, which put me in a reading slump. Imagine my surprise when I received an email from Grand Central with an early copy of her newest novel. I popped this one open so quick and was instantly hooked!

I won't get too into the love story to avoid spoiling the book, but OMG. The yearning, the yearning the freaking yearning! The chemistry from the FMC and MMC jumped off the page. Their banter was everything. I liked both characters as individuals and together. I really enjoyed Sasha's character immensely. She was super relatable. Awkward, self-sufficient and really down to earth. The way that mental health was addressed in this book including anxiety and PTSD was sooo thoughful.

This book was hilarious! I don't know if it was supposed to be as funny as it is, but I was hollering at some parts. I was swooning throughout the book. Smiling with all my pearly whites while kicking my feet. I loved how the romance and humor balanced out the heavier parts. And the spice was noice. Not overbearing by any means and moved the plot along nicely. This book was a true rom-com! I loved it from cover to cover. There's a cameo in this book that had me squealing with delight.

This book comes out on June 16th, I highly suggest getting it and reading it during their summer. At the beach on vacation would be the perfect setting to read this book (although any time or place is perfect). Its the perfect summer read. Funny, sexy and a quick read. This book has further cemented Tia Williams at the top of the class of the romance genre.
