Awesome read
Once again Jade did it again. I'm hoping shayla is not dead. Her and Romeo made a good couple even tho they were an odd couple. I can't wait to see what part 3 holds. I really want Dana to just leave or get it, she's just messy. Good job Jade! Awesome

Avid Leo Reader
Even though I wasn't a huge fan of the first book but nonetheless I had to read the second part. Here we have Kim and Desmond recovering from gunshots delivered by the hands of Cool. As they both recover, they also have some soul searching to do as well. As to where they stand in their relationship as Jordan's paternity is revealed and how both of them will deal with Cool when he resurfaces. In addition, Shayla and Romeo have their share of problems as well. They are constantly fighting as to where there they stand in their relationship. With Shayla being pregnant and her ex Dexter always lurking in the background. Will both couples make it or will their exes prove to be the downfall of their demise. Well read and find out. Theses are my reasons for the two star review. I was quite irritated with Kim's flip flop behavior when it came to Cool. Even Desmonds's actions towards Dana were questionable at times. Basically all the couples had their issues and the back and forth grew tiresome. There were some editing issues along the way. I know there will be a third part to this series. I hope it will be better than this one.

F2 good
Picked up where 2 left off and boy it was nonstop drama. A few errors and character misplaced. Ava still hiding out with Omar trying to get away before Desmond finds her.Romeo and shayla relationship is rocky after she escapes from being kidnapped.Cool played ava and left her for dead now he on the run.Kim is depressed after getting out the hospital. Shayla now pregnant can't seem to shake Dexter as he tries to win her back. Desmond slowly recovering works hard to get his traps back up,but with baby mama Dana trying to get on his good side,he misses Kim and his son but she's ignoring him. shayla still runs to her parents house when she feels Romeo is not serious about her.Cool pops back up in Kim's life and ends up going back to jail. Dexter not knowing how to move on from shayla causes her to miscarry and Romeo sees red. Romeo tired of playing games with shayla married her only to come home to more drama. Desmond tries to get Dana and Kim together only to have karma come bite him.

Wow! This book has left me wanting more and more! I literally could feel the emotions of each character! And that Kim definitely made me wish I could come through the book lol! And the ending has me left wide open!

My lawd! Dana is one bitter bitch! It's crazy she allowed herself to overlook the obvious and then do the unthinkable once she realized everything was over. Desmond always found himself in messed up situations. Things from book 1 definitely changed him but not for the best. Romeo truly showed a different side this go around. It was times I wished I could choke Romeo but in the end he won me over. He truly was a sweetheart that didn't know how to show Shayla how much she really meant to him. Man that ending broke me because there's always someone waiting in the shadows that doesn't want to see others happy. Ava got what she deserved and Romeo should've did her dirty like she did him. Kim was being dumb for real and I hope Cool gets his share of karma. I can't wait to jump into part 3 because things can go either way with ones freedom being threatened while another faces possibly losing the one he loves.

Damn, Shayla really went through it in this part, the end still has me in shock and a bit teary eyed but Romeo can't be that sloppy! I mean someone tried you at your own club and you're not going to keep your ear to the streets to figure it out? Man oh man, it's sad!

I gave this part 3 ⭐'s because some parts for me was just a bit repetitive in terms of both relationships and their communication with one another, goes to show you the importance of it when trying to build together.

Whew! Dana is one bitter chick, did the most once she realized it was over. Desmond stays in messy situations, and book 1 really changed him, but not for the better. Romeo had me mad at times, but he showed real growth and won me over in the end.
That ending hurt! There’s always someone lurking, ready to ruin happiness. Ava got what she deserved, Kim was acting dumb, and Cool better get his karma. I’m jumping into part 3 ASAP, things are getting real!

This series gets better with each book. Love Shayla and Romeo together as a couple and I hope she is not dead. Desmond and Kimberlyn need to get it together and stop playing nut I think BM has put that on a hold for right now. Dana can't stand her trifling snitching ass. Great series Jade on to part 3.

Surprisingly not a bad read!
I thought I wouldn't like this book due to the title. It was definite a page turner. I read it so quick that I had to start number 2 right away. I'm not sure how many more books to the series but 1 & 2 are definitely good reads.

Kim doesn’t deserve to be happy since she keeps running back to Cool. Dana is the typical better baby mother. She’s so into making Desmond’s life a hell, she’s neglecting her daughter. I feel for Shayla & her family.

Desmond infidelities has finally caught up to him, and Kimberlyn is finally tired of it. It seems that life was so drama free before Desmond. She's in love with him, and he's in love with her, yet he's always thinking with the wrong head. Dana is the baby mother from hell, and even though Dez and her haven't been together for over a year, she can't get over the fact that she gave Dez six years of her life. She's tried her best to come in between K and Dez, but the more she does that, the more she's pushing Dez to K.
Ava had confessed her love to Desmond, and of course, she thought that she would be different. After throwing herself on him, she didn't get what she wanted in the end. ..him. Ava's heart-broken, and she slowly turns on Dez, and the crew. She wants to make him feel the pain that she felt, and there's not anything like a woman scorned, now she's on the run.

Unbelievable. What a page turner. You just never know ensures going to Galen on the next page with this group of characters. Crazy how everything went down. I must admit that I am a bit upset, after Shayla and Romeo finally got it together the bs happens. So sad. So so sad. She just can't win. Then Dana with her spiteful self. Just get over it already geez. Can't wait to see how Desmond gets himself out of this one.

Omg, the story picks up from book 1
Cool & Eva is on the run after robbing Desmond & Romeo Warehouse & shooting Kimberlyn. And now to find out that Shayla has been kidnapped . Only time will tell if Romeo can get her back without being harmed. The empire seems like it is about to crumble!!!
This has been a very good series to read, it could be a 5 star book if it didn't have so many grammatical errors.

3.5 stars.....Lots of drama going on here but too much deceit and foulness going on. Respect is at an utmost lost for all these couples. This book picked up where the first one left off but enjoyed part one much more. My only disappointment is the number of characters I had to try and keep up where everyone fall in place.

The author has a way of describing events and characters in detail as though they are real. You can imagine the story just like you are watching a movie. Very creative and full of drama. I can always get a great read from reading one of Jade Jones novels. Looking forward to book 3.

Slipping
I'm not into her books like I was when she first started writing. A lot of attention to detail is lost, and I feel like I've read it all before. Hope her next books are better.

3.5 Stars. Pretty good read lots of grammatical errors. I will read the third installment just to find out how it all ends! Definitely too much brand name dropping, lots of drama with Romeo, Shayla, Kim & Desmond.
