I enjoyed the collection. The nature poems are my favorite — sort of moment-in-time snapshots of appreciation. I could envision them on the pages of a planner, corresponding with the seasons. Beautiful.

A collection of poems sharing the themes of nature and human existence seen through the lens of the poet herself.

Gentle, subtle and easily accessible, these poems take deep, personal and powerful emotions and ground them in small, everyday occurrences. Sometimes wistful, sometimes melancholy, sometimes content, each poem paints its own picture of a thought or feeling or state of being, from the uplifting majesty of birds in flight, the quiet contemplation of falling leaves, the rejuvenating powers of water, the regret of things unsaid and undone, the quiet recognition of human mortality, the satisfaction of love and the yearning for life to be more than it is.

Relatable and easily comprehensible poems about life and human thoughts and emotions as they are inspired and shaped by nature, everyday life and the slow but steady passing of time. Recommended to anyone who wants to slow down and let themselves be inspired to think and have their own quiet reflection on all the big and small things that make up our lives and make us human.
