This book will hopefully encourage me to grow more of my own vegetables. Well set out, with tips for each month of the year. I liked the advice on the different varieties of vegetables as well as the more general sowing advice.
The calendar at the end of the book is useful as an instant guide to what can be planted when.

Good news, this book is short and concise. Bad news is that it’s possibly too short!

Short and accessible, this guide gives a quick overview of growing through the year but is short on content - one to flick through rather than keep for reference.
