A warm, inspiring, and insightful book. Full of real-life joys, fears, disappointments, and successes. It’s told in a comfortable and conversational style that makes it easy to read and get into the author’s head. Autobiographies can become boring and self- serving, but I thought the book did a great job of portraying a “good life” despite so many setbacks and failed plans. The author clearly had God and good friends on his side.
