This book arrived in my world at exactly the right time. A genuine, research-rich guide to staying human in a world increasingly ruled by technology, it's given me practical tools and on point reminders about the importance of staying real and true to myself and to humanity – and how to do it. It's also highly readable, I've had some genuine laughs and feel a lot more optimistic about the world and the part I play/can play in it after reading. It's not so much a tome for taking the power back as for making it work for you. Wholeheartedly recommend.

This was such an enjoyable read, diving between the stories, the research, and the practical elements that make this book one that you'll want to keep on your bookshelf to flick through every time you need a dose of human. At a time when the world seems to be increasingly AI and tech-driven, this focus on the qualities that make us human and unique is exactly what we need.

This is a book you can dip in and out of, or dive right into with a good coffee by the beach or a warm fire. Highly recommend!

The book we need right now. Full Stack Human is the perfect blend of guidance, storytelling and well-researched evidence. In a world of technology and AI-everything, this book is a reminder of why and how being human is more important than ever. Dara and Tane have a beautiful way of bringing the most important aspects of being human in to focus. I find their approach incredibly refreshing and enlivening. This should be on a must-read list for anyone seeking to either make an impact, or live a more meaningful life. This book hits the right notes and is delightfully nourishing.

Lately I've been dropping great insights and frameworks into my conversations without quite remembering how they came to me, and then realising that they've bubbled up from my digestion of this amazing book. The ideas that Dara and Tane have curated and synthesised in Full Stack Human are so comprehensive that they're almost overwhelming, but they've also grounded them in courageous, intimate sharings of their own personal journeys. It's probably going to take me another couple of reads to start integrating the scope of this work, but it has certainly got under my skin, and my life is the better for it. Thank you fine humans!
