An avid reader of anything well-written and a passionate lover of the English language for as long as I can remember I have had either a book or a pen in my hand pretty much all my life. While a crime-comedy-animal welfare novel is in the works, for now I'm concentrating on writing books for Primary School-aged children that help to feed their curiosity about the world around them and hopefully give them a bit of a laugh while they learn some interesting facts. I have four children of my own and I love to see them all reading and learning; nothing makes me prouder. If I could teach my mini schnauzer and pug to read so they'd stop interrupting me to pat them or let them out or feed them life would be perfect. It's pretty close most of the time anyway.
