I’m chosen to mate with the enemy… I struggle daily with my past trauma and insecurities about my plus-size body. When the mating lottery determines that the wolf I hate is my new mate, I want to run. But I’m forced to pretend that I love him for the pack’s sake.
I’ve been controlled and manipulated. I thought becoming a pack healer would heal me, too. But fate plays a cruel joke by pairing me with the wolf who hates me. Before I can run, I’m told I need to pretend to be his wife for a mission to save the pack. So if I thought I could escape my cruel fate, I was sorely mistaken.
I’m forced into close quarters with him, dependent on him for survival. And slowly, our black-and-white bickering bleeds into shades of gray. His cruel words stroke the inside of my thighs, saying I’ve always been his. His cold tongue heals my broken plus-size curves, melting my resistance.
Will my forced mate finally heal my most vulnerable of places?
The Silvercreek Lottery Mates have been outcasted, rejected, and bullied. But at the end of their cruel journeys, the Alphas who hurt them the most heal the wounds they’ve caused and give them the babies they’ve wanted all along…
Hi there! I’m Layla Silver, and I’m so happy to see you here :) I’m a mom of three adorable kids and after all these years, still wildly in love with my awesome and hard-working husband. I LOVE to write about hot shifters, whether Wolves, Bears, or Dragons, who are looking for their mates and will do anything to protect them no matter what comes their way. When I’m not writing or spending time with my family (which is pretty rare, but I’m not complaining!), I like to be in the mountains chasing paranormal dreams.

Sera and Dylan have been at odds since they first met; now they have been matched by the mate lottery and almost immediately sent on a mission to go undercover to obtain information on the hunters that threaten all shifters. This is a story about not judging a person before you really know them. Dylan and Sera are complete opposites in their views, but the more time they spend together, the more they start to understand each other, which is good – especially when danger is getting closer and closer. Another wonderful book in this exciting series. I voluntarily received and reviewed an ARC copy of the book.
Definitely an enemies to lovers. These books are more about acceptance of others that are different from you than they are the spicy smut. While I love both these seem to always come with a life lesson.
