This is the second book in the Billionaire Cowboys of Summer Ridge and is Celia and Pike's story. A second chance at love for two people who only had eyes for each other eight years ago. But he left for the service and broke her heart and her life went on skids. Her brother got addicted to alcohol, drugs and gambling. All the town's jobs dried up and the mob was chasing her and her family. Things change when Pike and the Whiskey boys are back in town. Is he able to win her back? When does he start using his secret nickname for her? A quick read that you can read in about an hour. Steamy and he's so protective of her. A happy ending and no cliffhanger. I read a free arc via the author and voluntarily chose to review it.

Celia needs help and the only one equipped to help is the man who broke her heart 8 years ago. Pike felt like she was the one who left him. but he is still ready to protect the one woman he has always loved. This is a great quick read with action, witty banter, steam and a band of brothers willing to step up and help each other out. I am looking forward to the the next installment in this series. I received this ARC and voluntarily submit my review.
