Two Girls Missing
When two girls go missing from Cassie’s school, one is her best friend, Gabby. Used to talking to Gabby everyday, Cassie has to know where she is. She’ll do anything to find her, including teaming up to investigate with the boy who everyone else thinks has something to do with the disappearances. Will Cassie’s drive to find answers leave her in the same situation as Gabby?

This one starts slow, but I do feel it’s for a reason of the build up in each chapter, it’ll keep you turning the page and invested in this mystery trying to figure out who did it. I’m going to give this 4.5 but I am also still processing this all.
What happens when your best friend is missing and you can’t remember what happened at the after party? Are you guilty? There will be no spoilers in this review I do not want to ruin it for anyone.
Cassie finds herself in a situation where she can’t remember the full details of what happened during a certain junk of time at the party. She remembers arriving with her date and her best friend Gabby. But the rest is a blur. She wants answers, she’s worried and concerned. But everyone else just seems to think it’s typical Gabby behavior a stunt she is pulling for attention.
I will say Emily did a fantastic job at throwing enough people in the mix to where you are truly wondering if you can trust any of them. I was changing my mind back and forth a few times. I wasn’t totally off but wasn’t totally on either. There are somewhat seem to be shady characters throughout. There also might be a few lies and love triangles throughout as well.
Cassie has Freddy who is one of her best friends. She also is trying to juggle her fresh relationship with West. All while digging for clues on what happened to Gabby. Until, she starts receiving text messages threatening her. (Which she isn’t the only one getting these messages) Cassie thinks she knows who it is. But is in for a twist when it’s revealed despite being told to stay out of it and leave alone Cassie just can’t do that. But who cracks the case is not Cassie after all.
If you are looking murder mystery with some build up in each chapter, and easy and short chapter read that will have you eyeing multiple characters than this needs be on your TBR and bumped up!

This book had me hooked from the very beginning! Just when you think you have it figured out, Emily shows you that you, in fact, have no idea about anyone! In this book, we follow the disappearance of Gabby and Alyssa. We follow the journey to find out what happened to them. There were alot of twists and turns and shocking moments. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time!!!

Two Girls Missing follows Cassie as she tries to uncover what happened the night her best friend Gabby—and another girl, Alyssa—disappeared after prom. Cassie can’t remember large portions of that night herself, which adds tension and makes her an unreliable narrator as rumors spread and suspects pile up.
I really liked how the mystery is balanced with Cassie’s personal life—her friendship with Freddy, her connection with West, and the frustration of not being fully believed all add emotional depth. There are plenty of red herrings, and while I partially guessed the ending, I was still surprised by how everything came together.
My main critique is that I wish certain aspects of Gabby’s fate had been clarified. That detail could have added more emotional impact and made the resolution feel more complete.
Overall, this is a solid YA mystery with good atmosphere, messy teen dynamics, and enough twists to keep you invested.

Emily did it again with this YA Mystery! The entire book had me guessing who murdered the two girls. I absolutely loved the little love story tied into it.

This book had me hooked from the start and I couldn’t put it down. The author keeps you on the edge of your seat and guessing all the way to the end. This book tells the story of Gabby and alyssa's disappearance the night after prom. Cassie is gabby best friend she doesn't know Gabby is missing until she gets to school and hears a rumor that Gabby and Alyssa ran away. she begins to investigate on her own since Gabby is her best friend. with the sometimes help of her other best friend Freddy, Cassie narrates how she gets a boyfriend (her prom date west) and looking for suspects (Gabby current boyfriend Benton and ex lucas) you know how they say it's always the boyfriend or the ex. there's a fire in an old factory, then mysterious text start happening, will cassie be next?this story kept me guessing who I thought was involved in the dissapeance. and I was half right in my guesses lol it was a good book, definitely written very well. if you like a little crime and don't mind YA books you'll love this one. I received this book as part of ARC and am leaving a voluntary review

Emily Camp did it again with this YA Romantic Mystery! I enjoyed this book so much, it was a great read. When Cassie's best friend disappears with another classmate, she needs to know what happened to them. When she starts digging, she finds out things about her best friend that she never knew and doesn't know what to believe. She runs into so many people that can be suspects, but her friends ex is at the top of the list. Gabby's boyfriend at the time is being investigated as the number 1 suspect, Cassie can't see him doing that. Cassie begins working with him to try to clear his name. Cassie is thrown into a situation where she doesn't know what to believe. All the friend's looking into the disappearances begin getting threatening messages. Can she figure out who was involved before someone else gets hurt? It's crazy who and how many people are involved. So many people deal with so much hurt but there's also happiness that we get to see as well.

Two Girls Missing by Emily Camp is an absolute must read! When two girls disappear from Cassie’s school, one of them her best friend Gabby. The story takes off with heart-pounding urgency and you can feel the anxiety. Cassie’s determination to find answers pulls you right in, and the suspense keeps you hooked the whole way through. The twists, the tension, and the characters all come together perfectly in this gripping mystery.
Emily Camp isn’t just one of my favorite authors, she is my favorite author. I had the privilege of beta reading this novel, and even then, it completely blew me away. I anticipated every chapter sent. If you love Holly Jackson, Natasha Preston, or Freida McFadden, you will absolutely love this book. Emily Camp delivers every single time, and Two Girls Missing is no exception. Highly recommend!

The ride you take is absolutely crazy! The twists and turns. You think you know something or have figured it out then BAM! You’re wrong! What happened to the girls? Was it the ex? Was it the current boyfriend? Did the best friend have a part in it? Read to find out!
The mystery and thrill of finding out what happens to the girls is insane. You have the cops trying to figure it out and couple of teenagers trying to do so as well. What you didn’t expect was who done it! Why? How? And everyone who played a part!
This book is nail biting, edge of your seat, shocking, you think you know but you don’t. Another incredible read from Emily!!

This was such a great storyline! It was a little slow for me at first but then it picked up and I cldnt put it down!
I thought I had it figured out but as the story unfolded I kept changing my suspicions to different people, turns out I was partly right at the beginning half of the book, but the twists and turns that happened through me off.
This is was wild roller coaster of a ride, it was so good! Emily knows now to tell a story and keep you guessing til the end! I loved the epilogue it brought the story full circle for sure! I wish wld have had Gabbys moms POV after the incident at the end, but I truly enjoyed this book!

This book was amazing!This book kept you on the edge of your seat. Lots of twists and turns. Even with all the warnings Cassie was given, she never gave up trying to find the suspect for the crime. A must read for anyone not just young adults. Amazing book!!!

Emily has done it again. YA mystery is her best genre. This is the best book of hers I’ve had the pleasure to ARC. What does a best friend do when hers is missing?!?! She goes to find out what happened of course! Be prepared for all the suspects and the wild ride you’ll go on with this book!
