Noell Mosco is a 30-something-year-old who lives in Southwestern Pennsylvania, born and raised. A country girl at heart, she currently resides in Suburbia. Writing has been one of Noell's passions since she was young, completing her first "book" at eleven. Since then, she's always dreamed of becoming a best-selling author.
