Okay but like...seriously wtf was that tho?
I stayed up until 5am (current time) to finish this book and im now crying. This book was SOO good like insanely good! HOWEVER wtf was that ending they were finally happy and everything was amazing and suddenly i had to go back and re read this last 3 pages to figure out what happened just to cry then check when the next one comes out and what do i find? NOTHING

Truly the best book i've read all year. Have no words

I wanted to like Dancing with the Devil, but some things just didn’t add up for me. The biggest issue was continuity. There’s a scene where the FMC is wedding dress shopping with Amelia and FaceTimes Sylvia, which clearly sets up that Sylvia knows Amelia. Later at the club, though, Sylvia literally asks “Who’s this?” about Amelia????

The mafia side also felt kind of flimsy. I’m not pretending to be an expert, but I’ve read a lot of mafia romance, and stuff like the FMC casually touching and wrapping her arms around her bodyguard didn’t make sense to me. Where are the rest of the guards???? Why are the boundaries so loose? He is supposed to be the devil and kills people like crazy but she can be carried away and kiss her bodyguard on the cheek………

Not a bad book, but the inconsistencies and logic gaps made it hard for me to stay immersed.

Really tried to get into this book but ended up DNF’ing it around 49%, and I’m really not sure how I got that far. This book was all over the place, and I just couldn’t connect with the characters or the dialogue between them. The two MC’s didn’t have any chemistry and the banter was subpar at best.

I did really like the ideas of the book and certain elements of the characters however a lot happens and the writing I feel, could have been better? I wish it was more of a slow burn with lots of angst, this would’ve made the book 10x better. I liked the secrets of the book but the characters needed to have way better communication and this was frustrating.

I was so in love with this book... until I reached the end, towards the final chapters.

DO NOT CONTINUE READING IF YOU WANT TO AVOID SPOILERS: I didn't like the fact that Antonio had PLANNED everything—even the part about marrying her—only to then fall in love with her. And then, that ending?! Are you telling me she pretended not to know when he told her the truth? And then, at the very end, she drugs him (or whatever she does to him), revealing that she knew everything all along? She let him believe in all that love just because SHE had PLANNED everything from the start, so that he would kill everyone who had ever hurt her.

I was so in love with this book... It’s a shame. I was hoping for a happy ending with them living happily ever after, with kids and everything, after A BEAUTIFUL WEDDING...It just gave me a headache...

This story has me emotionally DESTROYED in the best way possible. I genuinely could not stop thinking about it, but I also read slowly because I DIDN’T WANT IT TO END.

It was soo a good read but I feel like I was confused half the time on what was going on, too many plots at once like hes in the mafia I think even that was bit unclear and then randomly an under ground fighter, and he had a traumatic past but that’s not talked about either, her brother got into some trouble but that’s that was also quickly brushed off like the end plot twist was rushed and unnecessary.
Everything was in quick pace.

Wtf, I wasn’t expecting to love this book this much! I finished it in one day and that says it all. The mafia trope can get repetitive but this book flipped it on its head with such unique, unforgettable characters. I absolutely adored the FMC, her wit had me hooked, and honestly, half the time I couldn’t decide whether I was simping more for the MMC or her.
