unfinished waste of money
If you’re looking for a shifter romance, there is no shifting in it. Sure the word alpha comes up a lot, but has Zero relevance to the story. No one shifts or any point I’m the story are wolves mentioned ever. It slow, not well written and ends. It’s incomplete. I should have read reviews before purchase. Don’t waste time nor money.

Good start
This is only a small part from the entire “book” ( currently - sept 2025) having 320+ chapters on GoodNovel.
Hopefully we will have more on Amazon soon.
Interesting plot…ending with a mild cliffhanger and some curiosities.

This book was originally published as a web novel, and it is very evident in the way that it is written and progresses. There are times where it has aspects of a good story, but they are rarely ever fleshed out. Very few of the story arcs are completed in any real way.
The pacing is off, which is a byproduct of the original way it was published. The characters are largely one dimensional, though to some degree the two main characters do have some depth. There was a serious lack of proofreading throughout the entire story.
Ultimately, I refuse to read web novels in Web novel format, and this was for sale on Amazon as an e-book, which is how I read it. It is not complete and I don’t know that anymore of it will be sold in an e-book format, if it was, I’m not sure if I would continue.
I read this book because I’ve been struggling to concentrate on more complex reads and an ad on Facebook got my attention. It is an easy read in the story is easy to follow, though it does go on longer than It should.

Not bad
This book, The War God Alpha's Arranged Bride, didn't really reflect the title. For all the talk of alphas, betas, packs, and lunas, there was absolutely no wolfishness ever mentioned.
The story is pretty typical but entertaining. The ending is, I think, supposed to be a cliffhanger, but just seemed to end abruptly as if the writer suddenly decided not to wrap it up and just stopped writing.
The worst thing about this book is its desperate need for an editor. Half sentences, misspellings, wrong words used (ie. inept instead of adept)...I can't decide if it's AI written or just someone pounding out pages and then not reviewing them.
Was it enjoyable? Yes, once I ignored all the spelling and syntax and grammar errors. Would I buy it again? Not without significant revision. Would I risk purchasing another in this series? Maybe if the price was right (99¢ or less).

Where’s the rest?
Pretty decent story. I was captivated right up until the abrupt ending where Evelyn still doesn’t know the secret and she & Alexander still haven’t discussed their relationship further.
I did see more chapters on another platform but you’d have to pay over $200 to purchase enough credits to read the entire book, assuming the chapters stay the same price throughout. That’s a ridiculous amount for a book!
The grammar and spelling errors did make it difficult to ascertain the meaning of some sentences but overall I liked what I was able to read here. Just know that your $5.99 doesn’t get you a completed story, as many have stated. I’d just hoped we’d at least get to the point where they discussed things and she was let in on his secret.

NOT COMPLETE!
Facebook advertisements led me to this book. I found it on Amazon and was happy to read it. Yes it has some major editing issues but overall the story was good. However, it just stopped. No cliff hanger, no mention of “more to come,” nothing!
When authors show that they don’t care about their readers then why should we support them. Maybe the Author should have posted some information to make the reader aware. But since that information is missing..the author obviously doesn’t care. The author has a few other stories I’m interested in but no way am I paying for unfinished products! This feels like fraud!!! It should have been advertised as incomplete!

Wonderful story line - wonderfully written - AWFUL grammer and misspellings
This story has a great plot, wonderful character development, and is very well written, but the grammer mistakes and misspellings make it difficult to read at times (took 1 star off for that). Just two that I remember off the top of my head, I believe the word should have been "fooling," but instead, it said "flouding", and the other should have said "all," but it just said "ll". There were many, many more. Even through all the mistakes, the plot and characters shine, so I am greatly looking forward to the next book in the series!

Entertaining for what it was.
I thought $6 for the first 70 chapters was way better than being nickled and dimed by the pay to read websites. It was a good story that kept me entertained with all the drama but I can't stand a forced marriage that has a never ending unconsummated marriage. It makes the story feel like its stuck circling the drain.
Spoilers:
I hope she ends up with the brother because F this alpha husband for real. He saw what he had too late where the brother saw her for what she was immediately. She deserves better than some insecure dude stuck on his ex.

how could it end this way
I do not understand the way the story ended there was no ending it was simply the middle if the story no conclusions to anything, no lead off suggesting a 2nd book it just ended! So if and I hope when this story is continued in book 2 I will possibly change this review the story was pretty good, it just is not a story with the beginning, middle and end that books should have and it drives me crazy to not get closure with a story!

Unfinished
This novel had great potential. The characters and storyline was well formulated. Unfortunately I'm giving this one star because it left off in the middle and ended. Or actually there is no ending to this book it just stopped. And I'm very dissatisfied that I spent money on this book without knowing that it is unfinished.

The book doesn't even END!!!
Yes, the book had some grammar errors and was at times a bit confusing, but I was very into the storyline. I was excited to watch the developments, but it just abruptly ends mid-sentence, leaving so so much unanswered! I'm so annoyed, and it doesn't look like there are more books after this planned. Most disappointing book I've read ever!!!

the story was okay
A solid 3.5
It annoyed me that it jumped between third person and first person. There was no need for it.
The story line was good, but it suddenly just stops and there is no second book ready, even though it is completed on another site .
Really wish the author would put the second half up on amazon

Good story, horrible editing
The plot is good but the typos are distracting. For example, Wendy was written as Endy. The pronouns are not always correct. Inept is used instead of adept.
I got invested in the characters, but you have to be patient and sometimes reread a section in order to understand what is being said through the errors that a goid editor would have caught.

Incomplete
Im rather perturbed that the book suddenly stops... I bought this book not knowing it just suddenly stops but cant figure out how to file for a refund. The story is pretty ok but the grammatical errors and misspelled words are frustrating. I should have read the reviews before buying... if the rest of the book would come I might change my review...

incomplete
Paid for an incomplete book. The beginning draws you in but after a few chapter it starts to drag on. Yes there are some good parts but over if I hadn’t paid for the book I would have stopped reading.

Lots of typos and very slow moving
It sounded very interesting when I read the first few chapters, but it very quickly went downhill. The characters were interesting but very immature. And I am not sure why it was introduced as a paranormal story.

kept me entertained
I gave it 5 stars as to the storyline kept me reading, however it abruptly ended the book I and others have paid for is not complete but does leave me wanting more. It is also not the typical alpha wolf type of romance

I like how it’s written.. but I have yet to see any wolves, mate, descriptions of the characters. They use words like alpha, pack, Luna… even king alpha.. but it seems they are all humans?

I paid actual money for this
This isn’t a complete novel. There’s plenty of conflict without resolution and it literally just ends. With nothing. Don’t waste your time. I was willing to overlook the atrocious editing, but now I’m just annoyed.

Captivating
I love the characters and how they keep you guessing where the story is going to go. I am knee deep in dr. Pepper , Mary Jane and this twisty turney love adventure. Looking forward to the rest of the story.

Good story needs editing
The storyline is good, a bit slow at parts bit overall good. This story needs some editing and revising. There are sentences that are cut off, words that make no sense, and misspelled words. Sometimes the wrong pronoun is used and it makes it confusing.

Very poorly edited
Not only was reading through the poor edits and misused words annoying, but the book doesn't have a HEA or a cliffhanger. It just ends like she got tired of writing.
I would not pick up this author again if I was aware it was her work.

Regretfully if you want to read the entire book, then you have to read it on apps that take you for your money.

horrible ending
Do not read if you like things being tied up nicely. A new main character being added in the last 20 pages? Ending the book in the middle of a birthday celebration? Come on. We deserve better. Doesn’t appear to have a sequel or anything of the sort yet.

not the full book
This ends abruptly at chapter 70 the main character has not even revealed that he does not need a wheelchair yet. I paid good money and don’t even get to read the end of the story. I am not happy.

I read the whole thing (not just 1-70) on some shady site and the plot and characters were solid but the grammar was horrible and the writing oscillated from decent to frustratingly bad. It has potential but certainly did not live up to it. I’ve read (much) worse though.

Man merkt beim Lesen, dass es im Original ein Online Roman ist. Einige Rechtschreibfehler, dennoch ein spannend geschriebener Roman. Leider hört er in der Mitte auf, ich hoffe es werden weitere Kapitel veröffentlicht.
