Oh how i just love days to curl up with a little bit of romantic Christmas read, and this hit all my spots.
Cologne German Christmas market, and Bethany and Asher meet up by chance at the hotel.
To add a little Christmas sparkle into their life, both are there to do research, doing it together for work does make sense, so the chemistry is definitely sparkling for this couple.
Three whole nights together no strings attached till its time to say goodbye.
Oh my heart, Oh my emotions, Oh my word, perfect just perfect, that definitely has that seasonal sparkle right to the perfect end.
Mistletoe, mugs of Gluhwein adds together, with so much more, the perfect way to find romance when you least expect it, definitely brings sparkle into this couples life.

A beautiful Christmas themed love affair Novella. An easy read as it takes you on Asher and Bethany's journey of finding love, learning to let go and wait for fate to reintervene!
Asher and Bethany vowed that they would enjoy each others company, in ALL ways, whilst in Cologne. Not realising that they both felt the same for each other, after their three days together ended, they let the other go.
Asher returned to the UK heartbroken, as did Bethany.
Take the time to read Mistletoe and Gluhwein as Lord Asher rediscovers that the love of his life has returned. He could not be more thrilled. Bethany cannot believe that Lord Asher is her Asher!
But all roads that lead to the final HEA are never without their hurdles, just as Asher and Bethany find out. A woman from Asher's past claiming to be Asher's girlfriend emerges, leaving Bethany reeling as she thought she was his one and only!

A perfect short Christmasy read.

This is a fast paced insta love between Beth and Asher, one with lots of magical chriwtmasy romance with spice mixed into it.
The bend of a fast paced romance, Christmasy vibes were perfect! The way this author created this storyline and her characters is absolutely amazing!
I absolutely loved Beth and Ashers whirlwind 3 day romance which turned into something alot more nearly a year on was brilliantly created.
It gave me Christmas Hallmark vibes!

My first Christmas read of the year and what a great read it was. Bumping into each other in Cologne both researching the Christmas markets Bethany and Asher don’t realise the impact this meeting is going to have. Deciding to have 3 days together no questions asked they enjoyed the joys of Cologne together. Back home they both had busy lives Beth was about to move with her family and Asher was taking over the family estate with his sister. Neither realising their paths were about to cross yet again. A lovely feel good Christmas read. Make sure you have time to read it as you will not want to put it down once you start it.

Yet another amazing heartwarming Christmas feel good story from Toya. What should have been 3 days of fun in another country, a holiday romance, no strings, no details, turned into something much, much more! Once again this book is exactly what you need just before Christmas to get you in the holiday spirit. The description of the German Christmas,as markets makes you feel like you are there wandering around with the characters feeling the cold nip at your face and smelling the mulled wine. I loved that you can see what’s happening with the characters and you know there will be a hea but you are still willing them to realise who they are to each other. A definite must read!

This is my new fave holiday read for 2025. I absolutely fell in love with Beth and Asher. from the way they ran into each other to the time they spent together for those 3 days. my heart broke when Bethany had to leave.
there is so much love written in this. i didn't put it down until I finished. and even then, I still want more. with a hallmark flare and the sweetest story ever. Bethany and Asher are by far my fave characters out of every book I've read this year.

Absolutly no build up insta-smut. The writing was just not for me, the banter fell flat. The smut scenes were not bad, but over all not a fan of the story/plot or lack there of. I love a romcom and am a Hallmark Christmas movie fan so I am all for a corny love story but this one did not hit for me. Too fast too instant no characterbuilding or angst just rushed romance. "Was I falling in Love with Bethany? Was that even possible after knowing her less than twenty-four hours?" ...............no no it is not.

A lovely, sweet, festive romance set between Germany and Devon, both wonderful picturesque places for a festive story. A chance Encounter between Bethany and Asher really did change their life. It was nice because Bethany was a feisty character that knew what she liked and wasn’t afraid to go after what she wanted. As always, Toya Richardson delivered another lovely book that will leave you feeling all warm and fuzzy. The perfect book to pick up this Christmas.

Nothing beats a good Christmas read, and this was everything a festive book should be.
It's got two excellent settings, two strong main characters, and the perfect mix of sweetness and steam!
Toya is fantastic at weaving a romantic tale, and this is the ideal story to snuggle up under a blanket with!

1. Ridiculous instalove (they fell in “love” in three days). 🙄
2. Manufactured conflict. OW walked up to H and h, pulled his hand out of the h’s hand and held on to it as she introduced herself to the h as his girlfriend. H just stood there, didn’t do or say anything to contradict OW and allowed her to hold his hand. 🙄

Yeah 1st Christmas read of the year, and what a read it was. This story has a bit of everything. When Asher takes a trip to Germany to check out the markets he gets more than he bargained for when he bumps into Bethany. It's a lovely love story.

I love how Asher fell in love with Bethany. The love they have for each other is ❤️. It was all just perfect and quick read. I loved that other characters were involved in the book.

Three days in Germany was all they were going to allow themselves but it would appear that fate has more in store for Asher and Bethany. They both adore Christmas and are trying to get ideas for their businesses so on their return home they are stunned to find that Bethany's new shop is in the same small town as Asher's family estate!
This was a little gem of a book. A perfect illustration of love coming out of the blue. Passion turning to something more in the blink of an eye. That working together doesn't always lead to disaster - only if certain posh, entitled beatch get involved!

Mischievous luggage leads to a few special days of Christmas markets, heat and fun. A connection that was perfect but short. Wonderfully festive and romantic, I just knew the future held a few more surprises and maybe a twist. Great banter and easy to love characters, lovely flow and the scenery sounded fantastic. Easy to read and follow, it has romance, festivities and heat, pretty much everything needed in a delightful Christmas story. Honestly all it left me wishing to add was a decorative tin with a unique hand painted bauble to cherish.
