When I grab a book from the "Filthy Rich Vice" series, I’m ready for things to get steamy—and honestly, these stories never disappoint on that front. But what really gets me is how much heart the author pours into these characters. The passion doesn’t just fade out after the first big kiss. The real story comes after, digging into what it actually takes to build something real when both people are a little bit broken and trying to figure it out together. You get this sense of two imperfect people choosing each other, not despite their flaws, but because of them. It’s messy, emotional, and honestly, that’s what keeps me turning the pages.

Take Drake in Covet. He thinks he can throw money around and get his way, but Anya immediately turns that idea on its head. The real “vice” here isn’t about cash—it’s about these powerful men meeting women who refuse to be intimidated, women who force them to grow. I was cheering for Anya the whole time, watching her make Drake earn her love. The best part? Seeing him lose that icy control and actually want something real. That’s the kind of character shift I love. It’s a fresh take on power—where the woman who stands her ground winds up with all the leverage.

And then there’s Shiv and Naina in Downfall. They’re my favorite for pure mental fireworks. He’s this reclusive, moody hacker; she’s a sharp, disciplined surgeon. On paper, they shouldn’t click, but from the first page, it’s obvious there’s something huge between them. The slow reveal of Shiv’s secrets isn’t just about the mystery—it’s about the loneliness that shapes him. Naina doesn’t break down his walls with drama; she does it gently, just by being herself. Watching her draw him out, bit by bit, felt so good. Their connection isn’t just instant attraction—it’s like two complicated machines finally syncing up. That kind of slow-burn, brainy romance? That’s the stuff that always hooks me.

I will talk about my favourite couple from the book , you must give a chance to read about the other two stories as well, yeah we will be getting triple fun rides with
From the first chapter Shiv and Naina’s story felt different from the usual billionaire romances. Shiv was not portrayed as just a powerful man who gets whatever he wants. Instead he was shown with a quiet loneliness that made me want to know more about him. His emotions felt so real and that made me connect with his character easily...
Naina role in the story was equally strong. I loved that point.. she was not swayed by Shiv status or wealth. She valued her independence and carried herself with more confidence. That strength made their relationship more balanced instead of one sided which I really appreciate and that's really what they deserve.
The way their relationship was developed that feels heart warming. I liked how it was not just about the attraction but also its about the trust the respect which made there relationship beautiful.. Every interaction between them had a mix of hesitation and curiosity which made their bond believable and very touching..
What I admired was how they both faced each others insecurity. Shiv had to learn to let someone into his life while there Naina had to learn to trust his intentions. This balance of growth on both sides gave the story real emotional and this part made it attractive.
Some parts were predictable yes but I never felt bored because the writing made even simple scenes meaningful. It was less about surprises and more about watching two people slowly lower their guards and fall in love in the most genuine way.
Shiv and Naina’s story was a beautiful start to this collection. It had emotion, flaws and passion but also a sense of maturity. I finished their part of the story feeling satisfied and wanting to see how their love would evolve in the future.

Okay, so I have to say, I really didn’t expect to get so hooked on this book. Honestly, I was just looking for a fun read, but Filthy Rich Vice ended up being way more than that. It’s got everything- romance, drama, emotion, and some really relatable moments despite all the billionaire glamour. There are four stories in total: Downfall, Heat, Covet, and Always, and each one has its own vibe, but they all connect in a way that makes the whole thing feel cohesive.

Downfall was such a refreshing start. Shiv is kind of grumpy and keeps to himself, and Naina is like a ray of sunshine. she’s strong, smart, and knows exactly what she wants. Their story isn’t just about attraction; it’s about trust and letting someone in, which honestly felt really real. I liked that neither of them is perfect they argue, they’re hesitant, and it just made the romance more believable.

Then there’s Heat. Oh man, Kit and Lily’s story hit me in the feels. Kit is this broody ex-MMA fighter with a dark past, and Lily is a widow raising her kid, Bret, who is honestly the cutest part of the story. Watching them slowly connect was honestly heartwarming, and I found myself rooting for them like crazy. There’s tension, there’s attraction, and also this sense of healing that runs through their story.

Covet is fun, fast, and a little chaotic. Drake is intense, Anya is fiery, and their chemistry is instant. It’s a high-stakes, marriage-of-convenience scenario, but the story feels grounded thanks to the characters’ personalities. And finally, Always was just pure joy a wedding celebration that ties everyone’s stories together in a way that felt satisfying.

Overall, this collection isn’t about perfect love stories it’s messy, emotional, steamy, and human. I laughed, I swooned, and I even teared up a little. Honestly, if you like romance with depth and heart, this one’s for you.

The first part of Shiv and Naina's story presented a lovely portrayal of their relationship. The audience found Shiv's character compelling because he displayed imperfections which made him more human than a typical wealthy hero.

The story received a fresh perspective from Naina who refused to be impressed by Shiv's social status. Her dedication to personal values and her refusal to compromise led to an inspiring portrayal of her character. She brought serenity and grace to every scene she appeared in.

Their romantic connection developed through a completely authentic process. The development of their relationship required time to build their connection. The meaningful pauses between glances and conversations created depth in their relationship which I found beautiful. True love emerges through the simple gestures that create deep affection.

The characters supported each other through their healing process as one of their most valuable qualities. Through their relationship Shiv developed openness and self-awareness while Naina discovered the strength to trust others. Their relationship focused on emotional growth instead of material wealth.

The story included familiar romance elements but these elements never felt artificial. The authentic writing style maintained my interest throughout the story so I supported their relationship throughout.

The love story between Shiv and Naina delivered a touching emotional experience to readers. The story delivered equal portions of romantic love and dramatic tension and healing moments. Their authentic relationship left a lasting positive impression on me after I finished reading their section.

It took me some time but it was so worth it.
Filthy Rich Vice, a thick book of approximately 1290 pages is a collection of billionaire romances which delves far deeper than its glittering surface suggests.

Set against a luxurious theme the book is filled with emotionally charged characters and sensually layered storytelling, Filthy Rich Vice examines not only the glamour of wealth but also the vulnerabilities that lie beneath it the quiet pain, the buried insecurities, and the universal longing to be seen and loved beyond status.

Filthy Rich Vice brings together a collection of three beautifully curated stories including :
➷ Downfall (Shiv and Naina’s story),

➷ Heat (Kit and Lily’s story)

➷ Covet (Drake and Anya’s story).

Each tale unfolds as a self-contained romance yet contributes to the larger emotional landscape of the collection. They were sharp, vivid, and unabashedly sensual which binds these narratives together.

What makes this collection particularly engaging is how author humanizes her “filthy rich” protagonists. Her billionaires are not caricatures of greed or control, they are deeply flawed individuals searching for redemption and connection in a world that prizes power over tenderness.

The heroines, too, are far from passive participants. They are ambitious, intelligent, and capable women who confront both the men they love and the systems that attempt to define them. Their relationships become a battleground not of dominance, but of self-discovery and emotional honesty.

Filthy Rich Vice is more than a love story; it’s a reflection on identity and the masks people wear to survive

Heat is a captivating chapter from the latest launch book namely Flithy Rich Vice, that grabs your attention immediately. At first, it seems like a holiday romance, but it has deeper layers. The main character is an MMA fighter who, despite his wealth and enviable life, struggles with dark secrets from his past. As these secrets come to light, his life starts to unravel, making his internal conflict feel very real.
The heroine is a single mom, determined and protective of her child, who is also battling her own challenges. She feels genuine, showing fears, hopes, and hesitations as she connects with the fighter. Their relationship goes beyond physical attraction; it's about two damaged people finding comfort in each other.
The holiday setting adds charm, contrasting the festive atmosphere with lurking danger. Their path to love is tough and uncertain, making the eventual connection more rewarding. What makes Heat special is its mix of steamy passion and emotional depth, focusing on healing and the courage to love despite difficult pasts. By the end, readers are cheering not just for their romance, but also for their peace and happiness as they seek a fresh start.
I will definitely like to encourage reader who love hot and steamy romance to give this a mindful chance, you will not get disappointed for sure.
I have spent years reading novels that blend modern romance with societal challenges and realistic trouble yet recovered as a awestruck classy story to keep the vibe high.

Aarti V Raman’s Filthy Rich Vice is the kind of romance that feels like a warm hug on a winter evening, equal parts tender, exciting, and unexpectedly moving. It’s not just about love; it’s about family, healing, and daring to believe in second chances.

The story brings together two unforgettable characters. Kit, a broody ex-MMA fighter with scars that run deeper than the surface, has lived a life defined by pain and regrets. Lily, a widowed single mom, is his opposite, steady, kind, and determined to raise her son, Bret, with all the love in the world. And oh, Bret! He’s an absolute scene-stealer, adding lightness, laughter, and heart to every moment.

What makes this book so engaging is the way Kit and Lily’s relationship unfolds. It’s a slow burn, full of banter, lingering glances, and a tenderness that feels so genuine. The Christmas setting adds a layer of warmth and magic, perfectly balancing the suspense woven into Kit’s past.

What I loved about this book:

* 🥊 A grumpy x sunshine romance done beautifully
* 💕 Kit’s slow transformation from guarded to vulnerable
* 👩‍👦 Lily’s strength as a single mom and Bret’s lovable energy
* 🎄 The cozy, festive holiday vibes
* 🔥 A slow-burn romance with just the right spark
* 😮 A suspense element that keeps the pages turning

At its heart, Filthy Rich Vice is about love finding you when you least expect it, and the courage it takes to let it in.

Aarti V Raman’s Filthy Rich Vice is a romance that aches with longing, glows with warmth, and surprises with its edge of suspense. It’s not just a love story; it’s a journey of redemption, healing, and discovering the kind of connection that sneaks up on you when you least expect it.

Kit is not your typical hero. He’s a former MMA fighter whose past is steeped in pain and regret. He wears his scars like armor, hiding a tenderness he refuses to acknowledge. Then comes Lily — a widow trying to hold her world together for the sake of her young son, Bret. Lily radiates quiet strength and kindness, and her love for Bret is the kind that fills pages with light. Bret himself is irresistible, funny, innocent, and the spark that melts even Kit’s defenses.

The beauty of this story lies in its pacing. This is not an instant fall into love, but a slow, simmering burn. Every stolen glance, every sharp exchange, every moment of vulnerability builds a relationship that feels raw and real. The Christmas backdrop casts a glow of magic and nostalgia, while the shadows of Kit’s past bring the kind of tension that makes you hold your breath.

What stands out most:

* A grumpy-sunshine dynamic that feels fresh and heartfelt
* A slow-burn romance that rewards your patience
* A child character who doesn’t just exist, but shines
* A balance of cozy holiday charm and nail-biting suspense

This isn’t just romance, it’s renewal, hope, and love reborn.

Filthy Rich Vice ended up being such a pleasant surprise for me. I picked it up expecting it to be a fun, glamorous billionaire romance, but it's truly much deeper. The book combines four stories—Downfall, Heat, Covet, and Always—and although each has its own tone and characters, they together form a collection that's linked and significant.

The first book, Downfall, was a great beginning. Shiv, the grouchy, closed-off hero, and Naina, the stubborn, sunshine heroine, had such a tremendous push-and-pull energy. The thing that I enjoyed most is that their relationship wasn't idealized—it indicated disagreements, doubt, and weakness. That authenticity made their love feel so real.

Then came Heat, which was my favorite. Kit and Lily's story was emotional on an entirely different level. Kit's taciturnal attitude as an ex-MMA fighter and Lily's reserved strength as a widow created such a poignant couple. And Bret—Lily's little boy—brought such innocence and warmth to the narrative. Seeing Kit come out of his shell and heal with Lily brought a tear to my eye more than once.

What's surprising about these stories is that they don't only offer drama and sex—they include healing, trust, and second chances. It's romantic, sure, but also incredibly human.

If you're looking for billionaire romance with emotional substance, this book will blow you away.

✨Filthy Rich Vice is the kind of romance that warms your heart while keeping you on the edge of your seat. At its core, it’s about second chances at love, at healing, and at starting over.

✨Kit, the broody ex-MMA fighter with a past he can’t quite shake, is not your typical hero. He’s rough around the edges but deeply vulnerable, especially when it comes to Lily and her son, Bret. Lily, on the other hand, is strong, resilient, and someone you can’t help but root for. Her world has been shattered by loss, yet she manages to hold it together for her little boy, who, honestly, steals the spotlight every time he’s on the page.

✨What I loved most is how the romance unfolds slowly, with stolen moments, meaningful conversations, and plenty of chemistry. Kit falls first, and watching his tough exterior soften is just beautiful. Add in a cozy Christmas setting and a dash of suspense, and you get a story that’s as heartwarming as it is thrilling.

✨This book has everything - family, love, healing, and just enough twists to keep things exciting. Perfect for fans of grumpy x sunshine, slow-burn romances with depth.

The Shiv and Naina segment was interesting, but I am honest with you not perfect. There were points in time when their romance did lean towards predictable, almost as if I had read something similar somewhere else. Seriously, the rich guy with a heart of stone is so played out.
The sincerity of the writing saved it for me. Shiv was not the only cliche. His loneliness, his vulnerability lent depth to it, so one could almost feel sorry for him.
Naina's independence was another feather in the hat. She did not melt for his money or status, which kept the balance in the story. She asked him the hard questions rather than stare with puppy eyes towards him.
The chemistry between them, although not explosive, was steady and believable. It grew with time, and even though I found the setup familiar, I was rooting for them.
If I can pick a flaw, then I would say an external challenge would have been nice-society, family, or professional challenges. That would have added extra spice.
Shiv and Naina were a strong initial couple in the collection. Not an earth-shattering story, yet farily warm, beautifully satisfying, and somehow, a must-read.

Aarti V Raman’s Filthy Rich Vice is more than just a holiday romance. It’s a tender, layered story about love, family, and second chances. At its heart are two people who couldn’t be more different: Kit, a brooding ex-MMA fighter weighed down by a painful past, and Lily, a resilient single mother doing everything she can to give her son, Bret, a happy life after tragedy.

What makes this story shine is the way their connection unfolds. Kit is tough, gruff, and reluctant to let anyone close, yet he is undone by Lily’s quiet strength and the unfiltered joy of her son. His gradual transformation from guarded loner to someone willing to risk his heart again is deeply satisfying to watch. Lily, in turn, finds herself drawn to the unexpected gentleness beneath Kit’s rough edges.

The romance builds slowly, with stolen moments, playful banter, and the warmth of Christmas as a backdrop. Yet it’s not all soft lights and holiday cheer, the suspense woven into Kit’s backstory keeps the tension sharp.

Ultimately, Filthy Rich Vice is about love’s power to heal and about finding hope even in broken places. A cozy, heartfelt read with just enough edge.

This book aren’t just separate storiesthey’re tangled lives, all happening in the same world. When Shiv, Kit, and Drake show up for each other’s big moments, it just pulls you in deeper. There’s something comforting about coming back to the same setting, watching familiar characters keep growing.
Drake throws his money and power around to get Anya, but she never lets him call all the shots. She stands her ground, and honestly, it’s fun to watch him go from bossing her around to realizing she’s the one holding the cards. He thought he was closing a business deal, but he ended up meeting his match.
And then there’s Shiv in Downfall and Kit in Heat both of them kind of wrecking their own chances at happiness because they don’t think they deserve it. It made me root even harder for the women in these stories. They’re not just fighting outside threats; they’re taking on the heroes’ own messes, too. I always love a romance about survival, and here, those victories feel massive because the internal battles are just so real.

Filthy Rich Vice gave me everything I want in a romance and more. It has a grumpy ex-fighter with a surprisingly soft heart, a sunshine single mom you instantly want to root for, and a goofy kid who honestly deserves his own spinoff. Add in the festive Christmas backdrop, and the book feels like being wrapped in a cozy holiday blanket.

But what makes it stand out are the layers underneath that warmth, slow-burn chemistry, banter that makes you smile, and suspense that keeps you turning the pages. Kit falling first (and hard) is the kind of romance trope that never fails, and here, it’s done beautifully. You feel his quiet devotion in every look, every protective gesture, every moment with Lily and Bret.

Bret steals every scene with his charm, Lily’s resilience shines, and Kit’s brooding edges soften with love. Together, they create a story that’s tender, twisty, and just steamy enough to fog up your Kindle.

Heat from Filthy Rich Vice starts off like a holiday romance but quickly shows its depth. The MMA fighter hero may look successful on the outside, but his dark past makes him vulnerable and relatable. The heroine, a strong single mom, brought so much heart to the story. Their bond wasn’t just attraction—it was about healing, trust, and second chances, all set against a festive yet tense backdrop that kept me hooked.

Shiv and Naina’s story was my favorite. Unlike most billionaire romances, Shiv’s quiet loneliness and Naina’s independence made their connection feel real and balanced. Their relationship grew through trust and respect, not just passion, and that gave the story so much emotional weight. It’s heartwarming, steamy, and satisfying—a beautiful start to this collection.
