Wow, what can I say. I didn’t really expect this book to hit me the way it did. I have felt really lost last few months... I’d been pretending to be confident for years, but deep down, I was constantly questioning if I was really enough.

Some parts of this book hurt to read, in a good way. Landon Sorel talks about self-worth in a way that feels real, not cheesy or forced. And I really like that. The chapter where he talks about how childhood patterns still shape how we see ourselves as adults... I swear I had to stop reading for a bit and just breathe. It made me realize how much pain and guilt I’d been carrying that wasn’t even my fault.

When I finished the book, I realized I had to start setting boundaries without feeling guilty. I’m kinder to myself. I feel lighter. It’s like I finally stopped chasing approval and started seeing my own value.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re trying too hard to prove yourself, please read this book. It’s one of those that finds you when you need it most.

Inspiring read! It gives a lot of perspective on self-worth and self-love. Could’ve been a bit more practical, but it’s a great reminder of what really matters.
