Grumpy Santa. Curvy Bookstore Girl. One steamy holiday rescue.
Evie I’m late. Again. But I won’t let my favorite cozy bookstore close, not on my watch. I need a Santa. A miracle. Instead, I get a brooding, tattooed giant with zero holiday cheer. He’s gruff, growly, and way too hot not to wear red velvet. If I can tame him, he might just deliver the package I need… and a whole lot more.
Nick I'm used to a blowing in and out of a town. It's the nature of my work, But Rugged Mountain’s the last place I expected to land. So when a curvy little spitfire asks me to join her Santa auction, I say yes for all the wrong reasons. She’s sweet, sassy, and mine. I’ll wear the suit. I’ll play the part. But when Christmas ends, I’m not letting her go.
Dear Readers, If you love spicy small-town Christmas romances with a grumpy mountain man, a curvy sunshine heroine, and a swoony age gap burn that turns very hot, this one’s for you. As always, this title comes with Khloe’s Easy Escape no cheating, no cliffhanger, and a guaranteed HEA, that’ll leave you warm all winter long.
Saving this bookstore gets better with every book in this series. Nick and Evie maybe my favorite couple so far. Nick is exactly what Evie is looking for and being that he’s perfect she knows he’d never be interested in her. Then with a huge push from Tessa they’re on a date That’s when a huge plot twist threatens to change things for everyone. This is a great read and an excellent addition to the series. I can not wait to see what happens next.

Evie gets her Santa wish (and then some) in this steamy read. Nick is in town for a short time and didn't expect a sassy young lady to catch his eye. With a touch of Christmas magic this is another quick read in this cute series.

Claimed and Catalogued by Khloe Summers is the kind of holiday romance that grabs you by the heart, the throat, and the hormones—and refuses to let go.
Evie is instantly relatable: running late, juggling life, and fiercely protective of the cozy bookstore that means everything to her. She’s still healing from a terrifying moment with an abusive ex, and the last thing she needs is more chaos.
Enter: Nick.
A grumpy, tattooed, brooding giant who looks like the last man on earth who’d agree to wear a Santa suit— and the very last man she expected to walk through her door.
Because Nick’s not just passing through town. He’s a bounty hunter. And he’s here because her brother, Cole, put Evie’s violent ex in the hospital defending her.
So yeah… complicated doesn’t even begin to cover it.
But here’s the magic: Nick shows up for a job and ends up staying for her.
The slow thaw of this grumpy, emotionally guarded nomad is irresistible. He may have zero holiday spirit, but the moment he meets Evie—her warmth, her sass, her strength—something in him shifts. The Santa suit, the small-town chaos, the accidental intimacy of two people who weren’t looking for connection but desperately needed it… it all builds into a gorgeous, slow-burn emotional crescendo.
Their chemistry? Off the charts. Their banter? Addictive. Their journey? Equal parts healing, heat, and heart.
Nick wants to leave Rugged Mountain the second his job is done—but falling for Evie makes him realize that maybe roots aren’t chains. Sometimes they’re a home you didn’t know you were missing.
Claimed and Catalogued is for every reader who loves: 🎄 Grumpy-sunshine tension that cracks like ice under bootsteps 📚 A curvy booklover who deserves safety, joy, and love 🔥 Steamy moments that could fog up a snow globe 🛡️ A protective alpha who chooses love over leaving ❤️ A romance that feels like a warm light in the dark
This book isn’t just a holiday story—it’s a reminder that even the toughest people can be softened by the right heart… and sometimes the man sent to catch trouble becomes the one who protects you from it instead.
A perfect spicy-sweet holiday escape you’ll want to re-read every December.

This book was SOO good. Kristin is famous for the amazing writing when you have a threesome, and this book has super hot heat, but its got BOOMING heart!!!
I adore that Mioko sees her bestie's brother, Luke, back in town and only wants to see him find his happily ever after, even if he doesn't know it yet. His best friend, Eli, stayed in town over the years, and the two are meant to be. Mioko has watched them for years, and decides its time for some meddling to get them together.
This story has lots of funny, meet cutes, and ambushes, but its so much more. I've read a lot of Kristin's book. They are all good for different reasons. This one just hits the hardest....for Me. As you see Mioko, who comes for a troubled background, still believes in love. It was comical to watch as she gets pulled into the mix, and finds out she's the glue that was missing. Eli and Luke were meant to be, but it solidified once Mioko came into the picture.
You get epic humor as you watch the small town, and family help them along, but the love between the three......WOW!!!! Christmas has blown off its hinges. Its gonna keep you burning thru those pages, make sure no one is reading over your shoulder, and rethinking what you see as love through someone elses' eyes.

In this book we meet Evie & Nick. Evie i determined to make sure they don't lose the bookstore. It is truly her refuge and her hide away. When her friend reminds her she needs to find a hot santa she agrees to go out to the tree lighting. Nick is just biding his time before the real reason he is in this town shows themselves. When he is approached by Evie he isn't sure if he should be worried or flattered. With both of them in different places in their lives can they find a HEA or will it just be a time in their lives they will remember fondly?
Another amazing hit by this author. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
Evie is shy and wants nothing more after working at the bookstore to go home. She is strong armed to going to the tree lighting ceremony with a friend, where she first meets Nick. They talk him into the Santa auction, but he is here for his own agenda, a bounty.
The more he spends with Evie, the more he knows he has to come clean about who he is after. This is a slow burn romance.

What a cute and hot short story! Nick is a bounty hunter who chases his mark to Rugged Mountain. Evie is organizing a Santa auction to try and save the book store. A chance meeting between Nick and Evie has him volunteering to be auctioned off. Will Nick find his bounty? Will Evie save the store? The instant chemistry between these two makes for a wonderful read!
He's chasing a bounty that has him connecting with a woman and agreeing to being auctioned off but wants her more than anything. Evie is trying to save the bookstore through an auction to help raise funds. This wonderful story drew me in and had me all caught up in Nick and Evie.

Claimed and Catalogued is steamy hot and has a few surprises along the way. The whole book boyfriend dialogue is so fun, and the scene with mom in the bar is just wow. Nick is delicious and delightful, and Evie is so down to earth and real. I love these two for each other!.

Evie is trying to save her bookstore, and Nick is a bounty hunter. One Santa Auction later, and things take a steamy, fun turn. The writing is good, the banter is fun, the characters are believable, and the ending is great. Claimed and Catalogued is book three and a wonderful addition to the Chestnut Lane Bookstore series. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.
The author has given us an older man/younger woman story that pulls us into the lives of Evie and Nick. The fast-paced story keeps us turning the pages with connection, secrets, revelations and steam.

Evie prefers to be at home but her friend has other ideas and dragging her to a lighting turns into Evie inviting a guy to be in the auction. When Tess wins Nick and gifts him to Evie will he become more then a book boyfriend or will it all end at THE END.
It was an awesome story to read. Having friends that make you live instead of hide. To talking to a big burly man and making Santa your own book boyfriend. 😎😎
Evie is the latest of the bookshop workers to come up with a way to save the store, and her idea is to hold a santa auction, but she needs a man, well a few for the auction but also she needs one as a date for her sisters wedding, and when she spots Nick she knows hell be be perfect, only Nicks in town on a job, hes a bounty hunter and Evies his perfect undercover, but its only temporary right? Well written engaging steamy desires quick read.
