Loved this book so much

I have recently started training as a hybrid athlete focusing mainly on hyrox, after having done triathlon and running for the last 7-8 years. This book is the best I have read about the topic and gave me the confidence to start training combining both cardio and weights in an effective way, the hybrid athlete way. Really love how Alex Harper writes these kind of books.
