Never Stop

Rate this book
Carrie Green had built a life around strength—raising two kids, supporting her husband Ryan’s dreams, and building memories that mattered. But nothing prepared her for the words Large B-Cell Lymphoma. Overnight, the mother, nurse, and planner-of-everything was thrust into a world of chemo bags, hospital rooms, and days measured in lab results and energy levels.

Through the harshest rounds of treatment, Carrie clings to her humor, her stubborn spirit, and the love that surrounds her—a husband who refuses to leave her side, a teenage son growing up too fast, and a little girl asking questions too big for her age. Together, they learn that courage isn’t loud—it’s in the quiet a clean toilet scrubbed five times a day to protect her family, a whispered “I’m okay” when she’s anything but, a bell rung not just for survival, but for every battle fought along the way.

Set against the backdrop of family chaos, sisterly banter, and memories from beaches to hospital halls, Never Stop is a story of grit, love, and the unshakable will to keep going—even when life refuses to play fair.

Perfect for fans of heartfelt women’s fiction, emotional health journeys, and uplifting family dramas, this novel will make you laugh, cry, and remember what it means to hold on.

Will Carrie’s fight bring her family closer—or push them past their breaking point?
Turn the page and find out why sometimes the bravest thing you can do… is Never Stop.

“Never Stop” is a story of strength, courage, and resilience! Sometimes people get dealt a crappy card but they can come out from it! Carrie was diagnosed with Cancer and became a patient when she was a nurse, so she used to being that caretaker not the other way around. Carries story tells of trials and tribulations of her fight while still being a wonderful mother to her beautiful children and a wife to her husband! Carrie had a true village behind her that kept her spirits up and the fight in her! The writing is beautiful and really paints a perfect picture for us to imagine! If you haven’t already added it to your wish list you need to!!!

This book had me drawn in from page one. You can feel, from the very start, every word! Beautifully written! You are sure to feel every emotion Carrie felt, and feel a part of every scene. I cried, I giggled, I felt love...not just from Ryan, but from every person in Carrie's life. A story of raw, hard trials of life, and a love that every single one of us dream of! I can't imagine anyone reading and not finding some sort of inner strength, no matter the situation you are in.
I hope you enjoy this short read as much as I, and may we all find a Ryan!

This book had me sucked in the moment I started it. Carrie, who’s a nurse has found out she has cancer and goes through trial after trial battling it. Losing her hair, her sense of self worth, the big question of will I survive? I’m not one to spoil it, but this book was and is definitely added to my list of books I will read again and again. The emotions are raw and had me in tears throughout the book especially since it reminded me of the times I took care of my aunt when she was diagnosed with cancer. Definitely worth every bit of the 5 stars if not more if they’d let me add more.

Never Stop by Jonna Rose is a stirring exploration of resilience and hope. The story follows Carrie as she navigates cancer and finds herself at a crossroads between giving up or pushing forward. Rose doesn’t shy away from showing the raw edges: the despair, the doubts, the moments when “never stopping” feels unbearable. This book showed a sense of hope that isn’t naive, but hard‑won. An important theme of this book to me is the struggle of doing the hard things alone and the importance of allowing friends and family to help in hard times.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Never Stop by Jonna Rose was such an emotional read. From the very first chapter I felt every word — the heartbreak, the hope, and the strength shining through. Carrie’s journey was raw and real, showing not just how illness changes one life, but how it ripples out and touches everyone around her. This story reminded me to keep pushing forward no matter what life throws my way. A touching and inspiring read that will stay with me.

Wow

This book was written with such heart. It was full of raw emotion and fear and love and her strength shone through the entire book. And the strength of her family when she couldn't be strong anymore was solid and an important part of her healing. I wish everyone could have that support! Through it all she recognized and held on to the little glimmers that make life worth it. And that sounds like the best book club ever!!!! Definitely worth the read.

OMG I couldn't put this one down once I started it. Such an emotional read, I cried no less than 5 times. My kids are some the same ages and I cannot imagine how hard it would be for them to watch their mom literally fighting for her life. The battle of cancer is hard on the patient, but hard on the family to watch as well. I genuinely loved this book and highly recommend it to others.

This book was so sweet definitely sad in places but it shows the strength of family and what a support system can do to help through such a tough journey.
