One night forever changed Freddie’s life. A half witch half vampire hybrid raised outside of vampire society, she isn’t happy to join the world of elite vampires. Forced into an arranged marriage she is left to try to navigate her new life with her husband and Family. Surviving her marriage though isn’t her biggest issue, surviving the gathering of nonhumans hosted by her new family is. And it might just be the end of her… and her husband.

One action changed Cannon’s life leading him to be in possession of a wife. He might not have asked for her but it is his job to protect her. Something that was a lot easier before she started catching the attention of predators. With everything his Family has worked for on the line he cannot afford distractions. He may not have asked for her but he will do anything to protect his wife... or avenge her.

I was given an e-arc, all opinions are my own.

Honestly I'm a sucker (pun not intended) for paranormal romance books especially when its cross species. Usually its werewolves and vamps or witches and werewolves, but hey now Vampires and Witches.
First books with new worlds have that feeling of information being repetitive, though I understand why. Also as a series progress we get more information about characters and world building cause Im still confused about Mars lol
However once the story between Freddie and Cannon progressed, I found myself entranced and couldn't stop reading.
There is quite a bit of information and characters to retain while also certain things being a mystery. The biggest question being Where does Freddie come from?
This isn't just a vampire and witch romance, its also a family. A family that will kill to protect. Freddie spent so much of her life feeling like an outsider for being a hybrid. I appreciate the author showing that therapy is sometimes necessary and not a negative.
Now, the spicy scenes some are PG-13 while others are NC-17 and a few R. Cannon a freak. This review is all over the place because Im trying to avoid spoilers whilst containing myself because gosh darnit I need Book 2.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | Bewitch 🖤✨

Bewitch had me absolutely wrecked — obsessed, feral, and emotionally compromised in the best way. 🫠🔥

Freddie is a half-witch, half-vampire heroine forced into an elite vampire world she never wanted, complete with a political arranged marriage and people who would happily see her fall. She’s resilient, compelling, and impossible not to root for. 🩸✨

Then there’s Cannon — dark, controlled, and dangerously protective. The “I didn’t want this marriage, but touch her and you’re dead” energy? Elite. 😮‍💨🔥 What begins as obligation quickly turns into something far more intense as the danger escalates.

Their chemistry is everything: slow burn 🔥, forced proximity 😈, reluctant obsession 🖤, and tension that snaps on every page.

And that ending??
Downright cruel. Teasing. Unacceptable. I need book two immediately. 😭🫶

Perfect for readers who love:
🖤 Arranged marriage
🖤 Broody vampire MMCs
🖤 Morally gray protectors
🖤 Powerful hybrid heroines
🖤 Dark, high-stakes tension

✨ Bewitch will consume you. Consider yourself warned. 🩸🖤

Bewitch by Brit Andrews absolutely cast a spell on me — and I swear I’m still floating somewhere between feral obsession and emotional devastation.

Freddie is the kind of heroine I instantly fell for. A half-witch, half-vampire hybrid raised outside vampire society, suddenly thrown into a world of elite immortals where everyone smiles like they’re planning your downfall. She didn’t want this life. She definitely didn’t want a husband. Yet here she is — forced into an arranged marriage, trying to survive a world full of secrets, predators, and people who would love nothing more than to break her.

And then there’s Cannon.
Dark. Controlled. Brooding. Protective in a way that melts your spine and fries your brain. One action changed everything for him, binding him to a wife he never asked for — but one he now refuses to lose. Protecting her used to be simple. Then she started attracting the wrong kind of attention. Then the danger multiplied. And then came the Gathering — the deadly, glittering event hosted by his family — where surviving wasn’t just difficult… it was almost impossible.

The tension between Freddie and Cannon? DELICIOUS.
That “I don’t want this marriage but touch her and I’ll annihilate the entire room” energy had me kicking my legs in the air like a complete lunatic. Their dynamic is the perfect mix of slow-burn, reluctant obsession, forced proximity, and danger-fueled chemistry.

And when I reached the last page?
I was NOT ready to be done. Not even close.
I have so many questions. So many theories. So many unprocessed feelings.

Brit Andrews… I need book 2 🤣

The way she ended this? Criminal. Teasing. Torture of the best kind. I’m absolutely feral for the sequel.

If you love:
🖤 Arranged marriage
🖤 Broody vampire husbands
🖤 Protective, morally-gray men
🖤 Hybrid heroines finding their strength
🖤 Political danger + elite vampire society
🖤 Dark tension that leaves you breathless

…then Bewitch will own you.

Bewitch is a paranormal romance that will keep you enthralled the entire time!

There is Cannon, a possessive vampire who is the son of the most affluent vampire family and Freddie, the half witch half vampire who makes a big mistake.

So what happens when these two are forced into an arranged marriage?

A lot!

This book will have you begging for book 2.

This one took a little bit for me to fully get into, but once it found its rhythm, I was flying through the pages. Freddie and Cannon’s story pulled me in with its tension, emotional buildup, and dark romantic vibes. The connection between them grew stronger as the stakes got higher, and by the end I was completely invested. And that ending? I closed my phone already needing book two immediately.

Bewitched by Brit Andrews engaged me from the first page to the last! I loved everything about this book! Freddie is a half witch, half vampire who is adopted and raised by a witch society that she doesn’t quite fit into because she is different. After a traumatic incident, she catches the vampires attention. She is given a choice to marry a vampire or die. She chooses to marry Cannon, who is a dark secret of vampire and is thrust into a world full of predators who want to either use or destroy her. The chemistry between these two is off the charts and I think they are two of my favorite characters! It ends on one heck of a cliffhanger and Brit, I need book 2 ASAP!

ARC Review

I went into this book expecting vampiric witchy vibes and romance, and it absolutely delivered! What surprised me most was the magic system. The idea that spells come at steep cost adds real emotional weight and tension to the story, especially as the main character navigates identity, power, and trust.

The story is immersive and moody, with a strong sense of mystery that kept me turning pages. The romance leans dark and morally gray, with a slow-burn intensity that will definitely appeal to fans of fantasy romance who enjoy complicated dynamics and high stakes.

I can’t wait for book 2! There’s intrigue, unanswered questions, and enough worldbuilding to make me curious about what comes next. If you enjoy witches, forbidden magic, and fantasy romance with an edge, this one is worth checking out. If you like casual books with little to no character development…this book is not for you. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to read your work!

Honestly I do not know where to start!
It took me a hot minute to get use to all the different POV, once I did the story came together like a dream. It's the dream every girl wants to believe will one day be theirs, the handsome protector saving you from your worst nightmares while also creating new ones, until it finally happens and you love him so much he is the air in your lungs!
This book had it all, the protector, the scared and innocent girl, magic, supernatural creatures, love and oh so much more, I do not want to spoil it for anyone this was my first book to ever review I loved it that much I contacted Brit to ask about book 2 and when I can order physical copies of this book (both hard cover and paperback on Amazon now). If you love yourself a good story with supernatural beings and magic definitely add Bewitch to your TBR. I cannot wait for book 2! Happy Reading 📚 😊.

Witches and vampires? Sign me up!

I was super excited to receive an ARC of Brit's debut.

I loved that it was told from multiple POVs. Especially Cannon's parents, because it allowed us to see the truth behind their actions.

I have a feeling Freddie is much stronger than she appears and thinks she is. I loved the relationship between her and Cannon, even in the beginning.

There wasn't a single character I didn't like, except for the ones that were obviously meant to be disliked. Freddie's sister was one of my favorites. Gunnar and the rest of Cannon's friends were too.

This was a unique concept of supernatural creatures, and I really loved the complexity of what Freddie may or may not be.

It was a great story and I'm excited to see what happens next.
