Ghosthound has images. He refines those images into more image-y images. He aethers his Aether and nethers his Nether.

This installment is basically a two part story. R.G. manages a training boot camp for the Nexus army (even though Helen and others do most of the work), and R.G. gets trapped under the Nexus for an excruciatingly long time, almost too long. I like both parts well enough.

Series is getting long in the tooth but at least it feels like it is moving towards a conclusion. Unlike others (*cough* defiance of the fall *cough*).

I love the series but book 12 and 13 kinda sucked

Maybe just me but found it so hard to keep reading this book. I’m a huge fan and the rest of the books are amazing just book 12 & 13 felt different for some reason.? Maybe it was lack of interaction with other characters. The last chapter or two or this got me back in though. I hope the story continues with slightly less bulk being on randidly training.

A shame....

Great plot line but the book gets tiring with all the levelling up minute details. You can literally skip two thirds of the book and still dont miss a thing about whats going on. Its a shame because when there are action scenes or character interactions its a great read and there are so many amazing characters and different plot lines that could be exploited. Theres a lot of potential in this story and hope this book was just a bump on a long road ahead

Another great book

Another great instalment in the legend of randidly ghosthound. I'm really looking forward to the next book so we can see what mad adventure he gets up to next. My only complaint is the skill notifications can be Abbott much at times and could do with condensing better.

a bit esoteric

Especially the latter third, when RG spends a lot of time doing…things. That are hard to describe because they’re mental/emotional structures that…well, anyway.

Next book should start with a nice chunk of combat.

more and more

There’s always more power to acquire and more advancement. Even though the environment changes the story keeps advancing using that premise. Good new characters and interesting training methods

What a great continuation of the story

Some serious power ups and great storyline advancement. Randidly is starting to show some serious clout...
Can't wait for the next book to come out!

Rinse repeat 🙄🙄🙄error nonsense. Lets not wear our armour or carry our weapons so we get caught pants down.

Add to this a somewhat dreary training arc and this wasn't the best of reads.
